I had an excellent experience working with my insurance agent. Neda was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and helped me understand my options without ever making me feel pressured.

It was a pleasure dealing with her, and she made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. Her expertise, patience, and commitment to providing outstanding service truly stood out. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance advice and support.

I found Sabrina to be very thorough and providing all the options for me that would not only fit when I leave but also fit inside my budget and she meets me where I’m at which is really really good and I can be very open about what my needs are in terms of the insurance that I purchased and the conversation always goes really well and she she’s an amazing human and I know that she will do the same for so many others

Well upon meeting Luke and Audrey in the driveway I thought they were here to buy something. Then asked if Roy was home. I invited them in and then realized that Roy didn’t know them. All in all very put together , explaining exactly what insurance they are offering. I’m happy we went for this insurance.

I just want to give a big shout out to Naghmeh Karmizadeh for being such a patient and helpful agent. I have been calling many agents but she is one of the best. She explained everything really well and give me good service and followed up with me even after.

I met Olga outside my ice cream shop and we began chatting as she noticed I had my hand wrapped from a recent sprain.
She was just genuinely caring and didn't try to make a sale at all and sat.She told me that if I was interested in hearing about insurance that she could come back after her dinner plans.
I was intrigued, so she and her friend returned a few hours later and getting to know her and her friend and they became our friends instantly as well.
Being so cognizant and professional Olga said she'd be happy to come tomorrow if I was free to discuss business specifically.
I agreed.
The next day she came with a colleague of hers, they simply explained the product clearly and wanted to illustrate the real benefits and potential when something unexpected might happen.
I was very happy to choose one of their products , and they simply help me get set up without trying to upsell a million things.
Very honest, very trustworthy, very kind and simply just genuine!
I'm so happy to have met Olga, and her colleague Alvaro.
And it feels cool to have extra insurance for the little things!
