Disappointed!
Have used Comda for many years for our Calendars for clients but THIS year, they were extremely slow in getting them to us and no communication to us. I had to call several times and it just didn't seem to help matters. Why? What has happened to your customer service?

I received an email from the Account Manager, Nigel Hamblett, about a week ago, with a reminder not to forget to order 2026 Calendars ... I responded & he emailed me a completed an order form ... basically, I accepted it ... it was done that fast, no time at all.
I was impressed ... I had virtual no paper work to do ...awesome! And he was professional and very comfortable to work with.

The calendars were printed prior to…
The calendars were printed prior to logo approval. We have used this company for many years. This year we wanted to change up the logo. We had gone back and forth via email and all the sudden the I am being told the calendar's had been printed and there was nothing I could do. I had not given my approval on the logo yet. Disappointed to say the least.
