Poor Communication
No clear communication. Was interested in knowing more products and placing an order for some extra items. But agent doesn’t have time to explain. Its almost like take your business somewhere else or you supposed to know what you need before you call.
Order was delivered on time and frankly fast.

Make sure you get a proof!
The initial call was good. It was the communication from there to whoever did the proof. The first proof was wrong completely. The second proof was corrected but then had a typo in a word that was correct in the first proof. The shipped product looks good, some were wet and smudged and some the printing was shifted. Overall I felt the company had declined from the past 10 years I’ve used them.
