I bought Comfort Works slipcovers after thinking about the best, most economical way to recover my Pottery Barn Basic (Mitchel Gold version) sleeper sofa and love seat. PB seems to have discontinued their slipcovers for these models. I've used the IKEA Ektorp sofa slipcovers -not the best fit, but okay. IKEA has discontinued these. Nothing on eBay. Too much work to make them myself (I've done this with a previous sofa). I found Comfort Works and was impressed by their website and reviews so I went for it, even though it totaled $1,700 for both sofas. After looking at the sample swatches I chose the Modern Chenille fabric in beige. It's price was in the mid range of the fabric offerings. I highly recommend getting swatches; the fabric/color I thought I'd like I didn't. The delivery took about 4 weeks as this is an Australian company that seems to use a Chinese manufacturer. I am impressed! The covers arrived neatly packed in a cloth sack. Folded and stacked in order, keeping each sofa set separate. Good quality construction. I am a sewer and have made a slipcover and curtains in the past and feel that I can judge workmanship. They have been on my sofa for about a month. They fit well and look great. We have a dog and cat that lounge on our sofas. A quick touch with a lint roller and the hair is gone. I like the chenille fabric. It looks like linen the way it has been dyed. It is 100% polyester, is a good weight, and does not feel "plasticky" It is not a "fluffy" traditional chenille. I haven't washed the covers yet, but don't expect an issue. With the good experience I've had, I'd highly recommend Comfort Works slipcovers.

I ordered custom-made covers for my new white couch, and although I was initially hesitant about handling everything online, my experience with Comfort Works was excellent. Their team guided me through the measuring process, reached out with questions to ensure accuracy, and provided great support.

Since I was postpartum, it took me a while to finalize the measurements, but once I submitted them, the covers were made quickly and arrived in a well-packaged box. It took me another two weeks to finally put them on, and when I did, I struggled to fit the cushion covers. Thinking I had measured incorrectly, I reached out to Comfort Works, fully expecting to pay for new cushion covers. To my surprise, they generously offered a free replacement after I remeasured.

After another two weeks of trying to get the measurements right, I realized the mistake wasn’t in the covers—they were actually perfect. I had just put them on incorrectly! Once I adjusted them properly, my couch looked absolutely stunning. Now, I can fully enjoy my white couch without worrying about stains.

The covers are beautifully made with high-quality fabric, and the snug fit makes them look almost seamless—like my couch doesn’t even have a cover. I highly recommend Comfort Works to anyone looking for stylish, well-fitted, and durable couch covers. Their customer service is exceptional, and the product is truly worth it!

Comfort Works made a set of sofa arm covers for us. They were great to work with. Our order required a custom order and they helped s choose fabric and measure. Our new sofa arm covers fit perfectly.

I had a custom cover made for an older IKEA chair model. When I received a version that was beautiful but didn’t quite work with my model, Comfort Works made things right. They comped a whole new cover and made sure it would fit perfectly. They even suggested adding a little cushioning to the head pillow. The result is a perfect cover! What could have been a disappointing purchase and experience turned into a wonderful one. Highly recommend.

Excellent covers. My old chairs now look like new. Very good value for money and fabric is lovely. Really happy with the service and the quality is very good.

We needed to replace the covers on our West Elm Harmony sectional. West Elm was no help so we looked around for and found Comfort Works who were able to make us custom machine washable covers. This required us to take a bunch of measurements and they were so patient walking us through the process and double checking that our measurements made sense.

The final product exceeded our expectations. It looks like it just came out of the showroom but better, because the fabric seems superior to what West Elm uses and we can throw it in the wash if our dog or kids mess it up.

I would highly recommend Comfort Works. We are more than satisfied.

Very happy with the quality of the covers. Nice strong fabric, easy to clean, sturdy zips and good fit for my sofa (a tiny bit on the lose side but still fits nicely).
Getting samples was easy and good to help you choose as pictures aren't enough.
Customer service was good and email communication effective.
From order to delivery took about 5 weeks which is quite long but as described and anticipated so.no surprise there, and emails close to delivery day are helpful. Packaging is nicely done so that cover arrives neatly folded and ready to be installed (takes 5 minutes). Would definitely recommend as my sofa looks brand new again.

Initially I made a mistake and picked the wrong Muji Sofa. I also didn't realise they were slip covers and not fully encased cushion covers.

I had ordered test swatches of fabric which I highly recommend doing which allowed me to get a beautiful green microfibre.

When I notified Comfort Works of my mistake they offered to make me another set of custom covers which I measured up exactly and supplied diagrams for.

The end result is a truly luxurious set of fully enclosed cushion covers that fit like a glove, feel fantastic and look incredible.

I couldn't rate Comfort Works more highly as the end result absolutely elevates my oak sofa and is vastly superior to the bland standard Muji covers.

Such quality fabric and the best customer support of all times.

I am extremely happy with my slipcovers from Comfort Works. I ordered two slipcovers, the one for an apartment sized sofa, the second for a swivel side chair. They both fit beautifully, it looks like I have new furniture.

I was a little nervous ordering online from so far away, but in retrospect I should not have been. They were with me every step of the way, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative.

Clean, high quality and custom, fitted to my furniture, in the fabric of my choice. They saved my old, comfy and structurally sounds furniture for many more years of use. Good for the environment, good for the pocketbook, good for me. Thank you Comfort Works!

I wish I would have checked the opinions before ordering from them, but I was so happy to see they had the discontinued KLOBO sofa covers in their catalogue that I just jumped for them! I ordered my KLOBO cover on 24Nov24. It arrived on January 3rd… no comments, given how small and simple fitting KLOBO is. When I tried the cover it was completely loose and non fitting at all. It had dog ears, there were more than 3cm of difference in the arms and 7 cm of length. I was told to wash it (!). If the cover could shrink that much simply washing it once, it could never be washed. I told them this was not appropriate and that I wanted either a replacement or a refund. They sent me a most complicated instructions with dozens of measures to be taken by me. I am sorry but if you have the model why do I need to take the measures? If I measure something wrong and it will be easy given I am no tailor nor professional, and just have a measuring tape, I will be responsible for the replacement if it was ill fitting again. As I refused to provide such complicated measures and requested a refund, I am told they only offer 50% refund. Why do I need to cover for their mistakes? They suggested that they could not use the covers so we should share the costs. All of this after one month of emails back and forth and my impression is that they just want to let time pass and not honor the guarantee. In Spain, by law you can return a purchase and receive a full refund if it is not the quality you ordered and this is not fitting at all. I have started legal counselling and claiming. This is not an honest way of doing business. Do not recommend at all

One star may be too much. I would beware ordering from this company. I purchased a cover for the exact brand and model of sofa and what they sent me does not come close to fitting. They refuse to give me a refund or remake the cover. If you get something that fits, consider yourself lucky...but no doubt you are putting your money on the line.

I’ve waited a few years to see the wear on my slipcovers. They are fantastic. I have two cats who tore up my ikea leather sofas. My cats will tear up anything, blankets, pillows, any upholstered furniture. They do scratch on my slipcovers, velvet, and it brushes right out!! And any spills, sponges right off. It looks and fits great and it’s indestructible! Great investment!!

Unfortunately comfort works sent me the incorrect sized main cover, cushions were fine. I am disappointed they are not quickly sending a replacement, it’s very clear the cover is too small and for a different model of sofa . I’m just waiting to see if they will send the correct cover.
