This website is a scam, I bought pair of glasses from them since 29th of January up till now I haven’t received my glasses.
Please no one should buy from this people call comby-beau anymore. I’m still waiting for my glasses

Ordered reading glasses weeks ago, fake messages say the order was in Edinburgh 10 days ago. I wish I had read the reviews - ordered whilst on Instagram but checked out company online, however, seems Comfy Beau are claiming to distribute but now realising this is a fake company.

Avoid this company! I’ve had an order placed since 21st of December for reading glasses! I haven’t received them, every time I contact the customer support I’m told to be patient and they refuse to refund me . I have now contacted PayPal and reported them and hopefully they will resolve this issue. Lesson learned always check reviews.

I've been waiting for my order for over 5 weeks. All I keep getting is excuse after excuse. Avoid this company, as they do not fulfill their orders

2 months since I ordered 2pairs glasses still not arrived avoid this company scam!!!!!

Same story I’m afraid. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 2/1/24 through them advertising on Instagram..£16.25 taken instead of £12.50. Very difficult to make contact but when I did was first told there was no order linked to my email address then told there was a delay in shipping….wish I used PayPal as I don’t think my bank will refund…lost money and I hope Instagram,Facebook etc take their adverts down!

I would give no stars now 4weeks since I ordered glasses. Tracking updates saying they are in the USA then after 3 weeks in UK. After investigating they came from China.online tracking asked for my bank details wanted £1 to assist me tracking the item.. So please don.t make the same mistake as me avoid. All a big con and suspect trading.

No stars for this company. No glasses, fake tracking app. Ordered 31 dec 23 still no glasses. Customer support just says be patient.

BEWARE SCAM company, my glasses order never arrived and no refund given and the customer service shocking.

Bought 2 pairs glasses about 6 weeks ago but not received them. Just a fake tracking app that says they are in Scotland as previous reviews state. Have claimed refund back through PayPal as they are obviously as scam. You can buy these glasses on Amazon with a couple of days delivery!

Avoid this company it is a scam you will never get the product of a refund

AVOID SCAM COMPANY VERY DUBIOUS SELLING TECHNIQUE. They obviously hope people will give up and stop requesting refunds. Will report on Facebook and claim refunds from PayPal

Actually no stars...I ordered glasses a month ago still not received I no longer want the product just a refund I have emailed the company numerous times automated reply each time as other people have said. I wish I had read the reviews before but please don't order and then hopefully people will stop being conned out of money

I ordered 5 of the Fly Orb Pro Flying Spinner Mini Drone Flying on 3 October 2023 which I eventually received late November 2023.
The five drones were in a lightweight cardboard boxes and in a black plastic bag. Very poor packaging especially as they had been shipped from USA ! Two of the boxes had been damaged.
I contacted Comfy Beau but they were not interested. They discounted the photos that I sent them saying they could not see any damage!
These were presents for our grandchildren at Christmas. Three worked ok and two didn't. One didn't have flashing leds and I could see that the led light strip was broken at one end.Probably due to the shipment damage! One remote from these two didn't work and the other remote operated both of them at the same time!
I contacted Comfy Beau and they said to send a 20MB max video showing the problem.It was not possible to create a 20MB video which totally showed the problem and send it by email.
I explained this to Comfy Beau and sent photos with a description of the problem.
They discounted this with the following comment
" We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction and the inconvenience this has caused.
Thanks for your great support and the pictures.
But we are so sorry that no quality issues are identified from the photos you sent.
They need videos to confirm the issue."

Comfy Beau are a bunch of Cowboys and they are certainly in the right country ( if they actually are in USA ?)
Avoid this company like the Plague - I wish I had !

Ordered a month ago can’t contact them big scam wish I read here first will do a charge back won’t keep my money

Please avoid this company I still haven't received my order after 4 weeks They overcharged me Took £17.13 out my account instead of £12.50
Can't track my order on the website Customer services are rubbish They said they have no record of my order via my email account They are robbing Thieves Don't touch them with a barge pole I would like to give 0 rating

Ordered from this company early December, still haven't received item, apparently it is sitting in Edinburgh in what appears to be a false tracking app.

I wouldn't give any stars to this company, total scam. Placed an order and over a month later, I'm still waiting. Tried to contact customer services (only online) to be advised to be patient!! They say shipping 5-7 days. Buyer beware. I'll also be reporting on Facebook where they advertise.
