Comfy Beau Reviews

Be aware the items you order are not what you get, cheap plastic not resin as described, a print on plastic is not what I expected, a piece of string to hang them with not twine as promised, I bought four of these as gifts I will not be giving them to the people I wanted them for, embarrassing to say the least, something should be done about this it's a total rip off😡

I would give no stars if possible.
Ordered 4 Xmas decorations received 2 cheap and nasty bits of tat and not even the ones I ordered.
Delivery time was ridiculous
Ended up claiming a refund through PayPal ... absolute scammers

Absolute rubbish. I ordered snow scrapers on 30th November. Arrived today 30th December. Thought I was ordering from a UK company as comfy-beau.co.uk but item came from China, and took a month to arrive.
Item is hard plastic which is likely to scratch my car, and not as described. I should have read these reviews before ordering. Lesson learnt!

Absolute rubbish. Ordered ice scrapers and got cheap plastic funnels! Took over 3 weeks to arrive and nothing like what I ordered. Avoid at all cost.

Awful product. Completely unlike the photo... typical China crap... don't be tempted to buy because of the small prices, you'll be disappointed. Then get customer services with poor English to tell you their department deems the products are OK... of course they do, although they look nothing like the products that you ordered.

Arrived after Christmas. I thought I was ordering from UK but they came from USA! Very poor quality and bear no resemblance to the beautiful decorations shown in the photograph.

Ordered the robin, reindeer, Holly and mistletoe Xmas decorations which looked lovely in the advert, glass with metal but oh no then they arrived they are cheap plastic. They don't look it the ones advertised. Total rip off plus charged more when order completed. Would not recommend this company. Do not order these.

Update:
I went through paypal and got my refund had to return items pay postage but was still worth it as I bought a few.

Ordered glass fused christmas decorations, they have just arrived and they are flat plastic with print on. Nothing like the picture or description and only want to offer me £2 compensation fighting a loosing battle here for a refund.
Avoid!!!

Only giving one star as I can't give none. Ordered on 4th December, for some reason my order seems to have come from USA. Ordered the lovely robins and reindeer tree decs which other people ordered.... shown as last day of offer for another two weeks on their website. Finally arrived today, what a load of rubbish, totally agree with all other bad comments below. I have taken a screenshot to compare... absolutely no comparison... cheap and nasty. Complete waste of £20.

Like others, I ordered the clear mistletoe decoration. They looked lovely on the website, but when came are a plastic with a sticker design on and not at all transparent. I have logged a claim with customer services and was advised, the claim would take a long time to resolve so would be better to keep the items.

I also ordered set of Robin, Holly mistletoe and reindeer which advert showed fused glass with wire . I complained to company that these were cheap perpex facsimile worth pence but they replied and said order correct. I am now going to try to recover via PayPal wish me luck. I did look at reviews before buying and company got 4 stars must have been fake. Please do not be taken I by them.

I would have given them no stars if possible. Ordered a month ago. Nothing arrived. Tracking number given is for something from 2022. Total scam - avoid at all costs.

Ordered snow scrapers beg. December. Advertised as silicone. Tgey.ve arrived today-28th dec. And they are made of the worst hard plastic ever! They'll scratch the paintwork off the car in seconds! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. A complete scam company making cheap rubbish. Well seen the products are made in china. Did'nt want to put 1 star-its way too high!

Beware of this company. The pictures taken of the product are not what they are producing. Ordered 4 little tree hangings, Robins and Reindeers. The pictures showed them to be fused glass and wire, the description said they were resin, but a good resin cast would look much better than the printed perspex that arrived. Mine are not even transparent. They have removed negative Facebook reviews. Such a shame that this company doesn't care about misleading people.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered some Robin Christmas tree decorations. Looked beautiful on the website (on Facebook) made of glass with lovely details.
I ordered one to put on a dear friends grave for Christmas which made the product I eventually received even more disappointing.
The order took many weeks to arrive and when it did (late) the Robin was made of cheap Perspex with a piece of string.
Nothing like advertised on Facebook.
Do not order from this Chinese company

Ordered Robin, Reindeer, Holly tree decorations - looked lovely on photo on their website - clear glass with coloured glass within it.
What actually arrived were pieces of printed on perspex that look nothing like.
Plus charged me more than they should have.
Wish I could add a photo to show just how bad they were compared to what they advertised.
They had taken photos from Blueberry Glass a completely different company.

Placed an order on 02/12/23 and am still waiting for it (today is 27/12/23). Pointless contacting them, I keep being told to “be patient” and most of the the tracking links are a 404 error code. One of them was all in Chinese and the other still shows my goods not processed.

I have asked for my money back but they’re just telling me to wait for my order.
