Like many people, with I could give a zero. Very poor quality items, none matching description, and some didnt work at all.
Do not order from them or if you do, expect to wait about 2 months for delivery and then be disappointed.

Still waiting on order after a month, No communication when asking where my parcel is just in transit, have asked for a refund but not holding my breath... 🙄

I had a package delivered by the postman (Royal Mail). In his wisdom it was left on my doorstep and it disappeared. This happened on 21/11/23. I was in touch I with Royal Mail on 29/11/23 who said they would investigate. Nothing happened! I was in touch with them again on 4/01/24 and they said Comfy Beau must claim from the Royal Mail for the cost of the items. Then pay me. Comfy Beau refuse to do this so I am still out of pocket! No way to look after customers interests. I will never purchase from them again and suggest everyone else thinks carefully as they cannot be trusted to sort this out.

Wish I could give no stars! I ordered 4 Christmas decorations. Two robins, two reindeer. They looked nothing like the beautiful items advertised. Cheap plastic, with a transfer stuck on. Absolute rubbish. I asked for a refund but Comfy-Beau said no as they have sent the correct items I had ordered even though they are not remotely as advertised. Avoid them at all costs. Rip off merchants and poor customers service.

Can’t comment on quality of goods as I still haven’t received them and it’s been nearly a month ! Trouble getting a viable response when trying to contact them - keeps getting a bot response saying contact seller ! That’s what I’ve been trying to do. I’m in the process of requesting refund - probably won’t respond. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I will request a refund there.

I ordered what was supposed to be glass or at least clear resin robin Christmas tree decorations but what I got was a small cheap plastic robin Christmas tree decoration . It came from American even though it’s a uk site . Totally conned . Not happy .

Hi, same as other reviews. Xmas decorations. I received cheap nasty chunks of plastic instead of the lovely looking glass decorations, advertised. I have got a refund through PayPal. Avoid at all cost

On reading previous reviews I have had the same experience as many others.
The Robin Xmas tree decoration!! Would like to add a photo really. They did arrive before Xmas despite realising latterly, they were coming from the States, however they did not resemble the beautiful items advertised. Truly disappointed. Cheap shoddy plastic, I couldn’t give them as gifts or use them.
Initially I was overcharged from my bank which took time to sort out! Then I asked for a refund. Comfy-Beau said it would cost ‘ME’ too much in postage to return them so offered a $5 credit (£3.93) I am still insistent on a full refund and because they insist they have sent the correct items I had ordered, I will continue to message them my total dissatisfaction 😡FURIOUS😡

Update: I continued to batter them with emails and have now been refunded all but £2 of the original cost. They have also altered the images on the web site.

Unfortunately the same story as most other people on here, and I would have given no stars if possible. Ordered a nice looking glass Christmas decoration and received a cheap and nasty plastic one.
Also the item was supposed to arrive before Christmas as it was going to be a gift, but it arrived a week after. Not that it mattered it was late because you wouldn't want to give this tat to anyone.
Had a lot of back and forth with them and they made insulting "compensation" offers. Ended up accepting £3 refund because I was fed up with them. So lost £3 shipping fee. Just avoid these people.

Ordered ice scrapers from what I thought was a UK company.
They took 4 weeks to arrive from China.
I was expecting 5 of them as I bought them on a buy 3 get 2 free deal.
I only received 3 items.
Customer service is non existent, sent emails, they reply to some, but it seems to be automated, they send a link to contact seller, which does not work.
Lesson learnt.

Dreadful quality and rubbish customer service. The goods are not as described, cheap and horrid looking and they just tell you not to get angry but that they don’t accept returns and offer you £1 for your troubles-AVOID !!!

I ordered and paid for some windscreen de-icers at the beginning of December 2023 and have still not recieved them. All tracking info said they were coming from the USA (Tulsa) but after making enquiries today on their contact us link it brings up another tracking link from China and says the item has been returned due to incorrect address!! The address is correct on correspondence. Looks like another scam company! Please be aware !

I enjoyed my shopping experience. Great product, total bargain.

Like many others, I bought the robin decorations that were meant to be made from glass with wire legs but instead recieved sad lumps of plastic with the design printed on.

Amusingly the robins look cross with angry eyebrows, much like me seeing that I was sneakily charged an additional fee for "tax" that was not previously disclosed. Being a co.uk website, I assumed they would be shipped locally but they arrived from the US.

They have since updated their website to include [upgrade] options that were not there when ordering. After getting in touch and receiving offer of an insulting partial refund, I got PayPal involved who were able to reimburse me in full.

I bought a Christmas decoration, when it did arrive, it could only be described as a cheap piece of plastic, it was only fit for the bin!!

Trying to get support from this company is impossible, their approach is avoidance and to redirect you to contact the seller who runs their business under this company. I used up so much time attempting to consistently contact the seller and this company which served no purpose whatsoever, only frustrations!!!

Avoid shopping with this company like you would a plague, absolutely horrendous!!!!!!!

The 4 glass Christmas decorations I ordered and received are the worst, cheap looking things you could imagine, they are nothing like the pictures, as someone else has stated they will only offer a £3 refund against these items and that’s because they are cheap tat made and sold from China, I recommend you keep away and do not purchase any items from them, these items will not meet our H&S standards and need investigating by our trading standards and then stop being allowed to sell in the UK.

Just to echo everyone else’s experience really, avoid like the plague! Bought some glass ornaments that were cheap bits of plastic when they finally arrived!

I can't speak for all of their products but the Christmas tree decorations are being miss sold and they are breaking UK Consumer Law. Their website shows them as clear resin which they describe them as 'shimmering in the light'. The Robins legs and beak are shown as metallic as are the antlers on the Reindeer. What we got were thick opaque plastic products with legs, beak and antlers printed on, cheap garbage. See attached image showing what we received and their products as shown on their website. We are entitled under UK Law to a full refund, even after multiple emails all they are offering is £3. I would give them zero if I could, DO NOT BUY ...
