Delighted with my purchase. Quality different products, one for myself & one gift. Slight delay on delivery which was well managed by the comfy family team.

Very unprofessional.
Refuses to refund as per sales policy. Terms not respected.
Pretty much a well organised scam: not to be trusted as you lose your money 100%

This company is a joke please do not use also the products are very poor quality. I am raging with myself that I did not check Trustpilot first. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. I will raise this with my credit card company as there is little chance of me getting a refund.

I'm now up to 45 days trying to return a product. I got a response last week that said we were sorry and would be supplying return instructions "tomorrow". Needless to say these instructions never did arrive and I am still waiting .... Don't buy anything here!!!!!!!!!!

Order was received ok but I wasn't happy with the quality of the items. I contacted them to arrange return (as you have to return though them according to their terms) and they were initially very prompt in communicating with me. However, when I refused offer of credit with them...silence. They now do not answer emails. So I am stuck with the item. Luckily I paid on credit card. AVOID.

Total scam, shoes are nowhere true to size, arrived weeks after promised and returns policy a joke - tried to return, offered a credit note which hasn’t materialised

Initially contact was good, then silence. Now the website tells me my goods have arrived = I would like to know exactly where they left them. Not in my possession, now the dreaded silence!

Ordered a pair of Slippers and after numerous emails confirming my order was on the way they finally arrived nearly 4 weeks later and truthfully wished they hadn't. Such poor quality and definitely Chinese Imports (hence the Delay with their arrival). Slippers were also an incorrect size so emailed Company twice directly and also through there contact us page requesting a refund as stated on their refund page and never received a reply or link for postage label. Definitely Buyer Beware.

Ordered slippers which I received after 3 weeks. I have had repeated emails saying my order is nearly with me. Quality of slippers is very poor so planned to return it. Its ben few days that I filled in the contact form and emailed them with no response.
Seems to be a scam, avoid them.

Sold me 3 jumpers all of them were different and wouldn't fit a child and of such poor quality nothing like their wonderful advert suggests, offered me 50% refund and keep the goods, well they are so bad I couldnt do anything with them. Do not buy from these parasites they are a complete con

Won't come back. Expensive and could've got the same pair of shoes from Temu for twice as less. Comfy gets their product from China anyway. Wanted a size 13, that Temu didn't have, but after a month of waiting, eventually got a size that is obviously around 9 or 10, Temu's max. size. It's a no-star from me. Comfy is not competitive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a pair of velocity slippers with shipping insurance(!) (order number 44642 18th April), and never received them. When I emailed (30th April) asking when the I order would be received, I got the "standard" email reply (3rd May) stating your order is on the way, please be patient! I then requested a tracking number, but got no reply!

Since then several emails later, still no reply!

Hopefully, this might cause them to get in touch with me! Ha ha ha, who am I kidding!

Hi ordered 2 pairs of mens comfy slippers 3 weeks ago still not received once u order u will get an email from alexandera telling u order has been despatched and will take 10 working days then u will get update saying it will be 4 working days still not received , then u will get email trying to sell u ladies slippers , emailed them about delivery no response , keep well away they will take ur money and not deliver the goods
