Place two orders for shoes and boots. The company used post office box for an address. I showed them documentation and they just kept saying we are looking into the delay. Look behind my house for the shoes when I showed then they did not deliver to my house. This company if providing false advertisement when they say they will ship to correct address. Their standard response is the blame the customer or management. Do not order and report any concerns to the better business bureau.

Ripoff had to contact credit card for refund never received item.

SCAM!! They take your money and not send you a damn thing! Tracking will say it’s been delivered but never got it. And judging by the reviews nobody ever receives them!

I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES FROM THEM THAT ARRIVED 2 MONTH LATER , THE SHOES WERE THE WRONG SIZE, MADE IN CHINA, AND OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THEY DENIED MY REQUEST FOR A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND SAY I HAD TO SHIP THE SHOES TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA ON MY OWN WHICH COST OVER $65.00. THERE MUST BE SOME LAW TO CONTROL THESE CROOKS, BECAUSE THEY ARE ROBBING THE PUBIC BLIND. CROOKS & THIEVES SHOULD BE THEIR NAME. DO NOT HAVE ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM, THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS A BARREL OF FISH HOOKS. INTERACT WITH THEM & YOU WILL BE ROBBED

I did not receive the item I ordered.

The tracking information showed the package as “Delivered,” but it never arrived. I checked all delivery locations, contacted neighbors, and contacted USPS directly. USPS informed me that, as the recipient, they would not conduct any further investigation and that any inquiry would need to be initiated by the sender.

I contacted the company multiple times and explained this clearly. Despite that, they declined to initiate a sender inquiry, declined to offer a replacement or refund, and repeatedly instructed me to continue working with USPS, even after USPS stated they would not assist further.

After researching the company further, I noticed many reviews describing the same experience: orders marked delivered but not received, customers told to contact USPS, and no resolution offered by the seller. Unfortunately, my experience closely matched this pattern.

I ultimately had to open a PayPal “Item Not Received” dispute to try to recover my payment.

I would strongly recommend caution before ordering.

I would rate this company 0 if I could. It is a scam operation. Do not order from them - read all their negative reviews. I never received my shoe order. After contacting them, their response was to tell me to contact USPS using a tracking number they provided. I did and USPS said they could not find anything. I contacted Comfy several times again and got the same response despite telling them I had contacted USPS without success. Reading other reviews, this appears to be their standard practice.

A negative star would be best. I never received the shoes. I keep getting a standard AI email saying how sorry they are - we all know that's BS. Stay away from this company!!! It is China based, as are many, but this is a bad one!!

Ordered two pair of shoes and never received them. Talking to the company they say the package was delivered and I had to file a claim with the Postal Service, but they would not provide any information that's required to file a claim.
Luckily, I kept emails and links they had sent so I found the Postal tracking code and the USPS says the package did not have my address on the package. Now the company won't even respond to messages. This is a scam-run away!!

I ordered and payed for a pair of shoes on September 13, 2025 and have not heard anything from them except more ads.

don t buy from these clowns . it is a scam , they don t have a pair of shoes , there is no warehouse at all. they will take your money and send you nothing. probably is the same person answering the emails . telling everybody the same lie.

I really would like to give them negative 10 stars. I ordered shoes in October 2025 from this company for my Cancun trip. I have been on my trip and back and still no shoes. At first the tracking kept saying they were waiting shipping in China and I would receive an update. Well that lasted about 2 weeks. When I emailed they assured me that they were on the way still nothing. On November 12th I informed them still nothing, then suddenly a few days later I got an updated email saying they were delivered to/at my mailbox (which is not the same #as my address) so how would they which box is mine. Feeling assured I checked and nope no shoes(which wouldn't have fitted anyway.) I guess just wishful thinking. This company could really make a lot of honest money by honoring the product which probably doesn't exist but instead they would rather SCAM HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE. So now I have no shoes or money. I'm not giving up until they are held accountable or shut down

I ordered a pair of shoes that took over a month to get here and then they are the wrong size. I'm trying to return them and am having a hard time doing that. They have no phone number that I can find. They respond with AI emails. I feel they are a total rip off. Really sorry customer service. Do not buy from them.

I placed an order online in September 2025 for a pair of shoes for my son’s Halloween costume, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The package was never delivered to me — the tracking information even showed it was sent to an entirely different state

I contacted the company multiple times through email, they just replied saying will investigate but no results at all, the last email they even said the order was “delivered,” despite me providing proof that the address shown in the tracking was not mine. They refused to send a replacement or issue a refund, leaving me with nothing for the money I paid.

It’s frustrating and unacceptable to be treated this way. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of boots in Mid October. I never received the boots. I have contacted their customer service who insists the package was delivered. I was told to go to the post office and was given a Chinese Yracking number. I have asked for a USPS tracking number. I never received it. They keep giving me the same number and telling me I have to go to the post office. I already have and without the US number the package can’t be located. This company needs to be responsible. Never again will I order anything from them.

I ordered a pair of boots on Sept. 18, 2025. Today is September 27, 9 days later - and still no shoes. There is no phone number to call, only an email, so I have no way of talking to someone about where my shoes are and why it's taking so long. I have a sinking gut feeling that I'm not getting the shoes and they got my money. I'm normally really super careful but they put up such a convincing cover with reviews that I went ahead and ordered some shoes. IF I do happen to get them, I'll be sure to follow up on this review to let you know about the quality, if I got the right shoes, size, etc.

It’s a scam. They will not deliver your shoes. Even if they do, they are crap quality. Took my money and they are unresponsive through email, meaning I’m never getting a refund.

Total rip off. Ordered shoes on 8/22 and no shoes were shipped and no updates sent by the company. Order from someone else

I ordered two pair of shoes. Never received them. Requested a refund. They said it was processed and I'd receive it in 3 to 5 days. It's been over 95 days. Nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
