Actually zero stars! I got ripped off! I’m sending a complaint for fraud and to the BBB .
I ordered these boots for my birthday and nothing! It’s been since May. Please beware and do not order from this company! They are not real. Classsction must be taken asap!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took over a month for the shoes to arrive. When they did they were not wide width and do not fit. I have been going round in a circle for a month to return the shoes and they keep coming up with every excuse, even trying to offer me a 20% refund and keep the shoes. Why would I take $20 for over $100 worth of product that don't fit?? DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Zero stars..... ordered over 2 months ago, still nothing. Unresponsive through email.

Ordered shoes on June 22. Nothing since then, even after contacting customer service twice and providing them with the order number (other than a promise to respond within 1-3 days).

If it had zero stars I’d rate them a zero. I ordered a pair of boots. It’s been well over 26 days and I still haven’t received them. They were bought for a special occasion and I didn’t get to wear them . I’d NEVER order from this place again I’m convinced this is a scam at this point

If I could give zero stars I would! This place should be shut down and put out of business. I reported them to my credit card company, PayPal, and the Better Business Bureau without any success in getting a refund (> $80) for selling me counterfeit boots advertised on Black Friday. And unfortunately, they advertise in multiple places, including Amazon, using aliases.

Tried to give no stars, ordered 3 weeks ago and still no package, company claimed to be in NY but obviously in China is item still says clearing customs. I want a refund and they refuse to even acknowledge what you're asking. Best to report them as scam site

DO NOT order anything from this company. VERY misleading. Shoes/sandals are poorly designed and made. Placed an order as the website looked legit. Contact email/address were listed, indicating that they were based in West Seneca, NY. When I finally received the sandals, they were poor quality and did not fit. Return label indicated it was sent from West Hempstead, NY. After SEVERAL emails trying to find out HOW to return the sandals, I was informed that I would have to ship the shoes back to CHINA. Very misleading, very disappointing. BE WARY as this company is sketchy, just like their shoes.

The worst quality imaginable and the company does not honor returns. They want me to pay postage back to China for shoes that do not fit correctly and are poorly made! Stay away! Do not buy from them!

Scam, crap products! My Bradford boots were supposed to arrivr in 2 weeks. Almost 3 months later, they show up. I tried to cancel right after ordering when they didn't ship when they were supposed to. I needed for a trip. I wrote to them several times and I was ignored. They would not cancel or refund me. I reported to my credit card. When the shoes finally did arrive, they were NOTHING like the photos. Basically plastic and foam then wanted me to pay to return! . Stay away from this company!

After over a month of waiting for my order, I finally received it today. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed by what was sent to me as “leather” boots. If these boots are “leather”, I will gladly eat them for dinner. I was excited by the sale price, and I can tell you that if I had paid the regular price of $129.99 for plastic boots, I would be livid. I too should have worked harder to see the actual reviews for this product/company. Fool me once is all I can say…

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Please, DO NOT purchase shoes from this company. The images shown do not look ANYTHING like the product they sent. Specifically, I purchased Bradford Winter Snow Boots. They are sooooooooo cheap. Please trust me. You wouldn't even buy them from The Dollar Tree. This company is a scam. Took over a month to receive (not a reason for the review), but come on, sent out something that is somewhat close to what you show on line. Disgraceful.

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give this company negative stars I would! Order back in January and still have not received order. I have tried contacting them 5 times now to get a refund and have not heard anything from them!

I ordered 2 shoes and both were VERY bad quality shoes. The winter boots I ordered would not allow me to slip my foot in (I have narrow feet) so I notified them since the day I received them that I wanted to return them...FINALLY after 15 emails and NO response I sent them one last email saying I was contacting my credit card company and low and behold, I got a response immediately.
It would have cost me $32 to send back on a $39 purchase so I'm going to blast them on social media.

The product from this company are total crap. Do not order from them. They falsely advertise and then never get back to you for a return.
Has anyone actually ever gotten a full refund for their crappy product?

Like other reviewers - what arrived was total crap. Cheap, paper thin plastic 'booties' NOT boots. Even the laces were just thin strips of the plastic. A complete ripoff. DO NOT order from them.

It took a very long time to receive the boots I bought. Once they arrived, I saw that they were shipped from abroad. The quality was terrible. The soles were very light and wouldn't withstand any amount of winter walking The boots were very thin with very little lining. Just very poor.
