Terrible. Chinese company misrepresenting another company’s quality images. After 2 months, received the poorest quality Bradford waterproof boot, highly misrepresented. This is a scam! Photos aren’t allowed to be posted on this site so unable to show you visually. I won’t bother to donate…into the garbage they go. Be warned…. very inferior quality, false claims and all photos are not of this company’s products. Also not a US vendor.

They're lucky I'm giving them 1 Star Absolute CROOKS! Do Not bother paying for expedited shipping, please. I did & it was over 90 days with $0.00 credit for the delay (yet their policy states otherwise) as outlined in their policy. These sandals are all coming from CHINA. I struggled to get an update on where my product was for weeks & it took a message to PPal just to receive a response. Unfortunately, that's ALL they provided. Don't expect Paypal or your Credit company to help you either. As long as they have a tracking number, claims will be rejected (even if the tracking shows they're sitting on a dock out of the country). I ordered New Black sandals 09/10/24 roughly. It had been weeks with no response on the status of my order. It took a message into PPal to get feedback from anyone. The feedback was they'd been shipped (although sitting on a shipping dock for days & days) PPal couldn't help me. So, I waited around 100+ days after my Priority shipping order dor them to arrive. Unfortunately, they were the wrong color. I tried again to work with Paypal & CPS customer service with No resolution except an offer for partial credit for the error. I Do Not want a worthless credit for more product that may or may not arrive & may or may not even BE what I ordered. Their return policy says nothing like this. After turning down their worthless credit, I was told, Oh! Yes, they will exchange the sandals but, will not pay any of the shipping fees. It's not my error, why should I have to pay to make it right? Again, this is not what their return or exchange policy says. Now, I'm sitting here with sandals I never ordered that I cannot even wear.

I received my shoes that they claimed were to be comfortable but when I tried them they were so hard and uncomfortable I could wear them. As soon as I tried them on I emailed customer service months ago and requested that I wanted to see how to return the shoes and receive a full refund. For months I have been emailing with no response until today. Now they are telling me I am over the 30 day return limit. Are you kidding me. I asked months ago and now today I receive an email. So unless I am fully refunded I will contact corporate office and put on your webside that this is nothing but a scam. Just so you can keep peoples money. If I do not receive a satisfactory answer on when I will be receiving a refund then I will go to the next step. I have been wanting to return these shoes for months and now today I receive an email. Which pissed me off.

This site is a scam! It took about 4 weeks to received my item, they sent the wrong size and they were so poorly made I thought it actually might be a joke. The shoes were not as advertised, packaging was poor, and the shoes even arrived without laces! Further, if you try to return anything, they will have you return it on your own dime, to China. Their policy states they will provide the return label - never happened. Also, good luck with customer service as it's a bot. There is no contact number that actually works either. Note they are also not listed on the BBB - so this is not a legitimate business with decent practices. BEWARE

I can't believe I didn't do my homework and check the reviews. I ordered 2 pairs of boots on October 17,2024. I am just receiving them November 27,2024. The shoes are not true to size. If you deal with this company I strongly suggest going up a size. I am having the hardest time returning these shoes now. This company needs to do better. I should say more, but TIS THE SEASON. IF YOUR READING THIS REVIEW TRY ANOTHER RETAILER. THESE PEOOPLE WILL GIVE YOU A HASSEL. Now since I'm unable to return I can't even get a refund.

can't believe I did not look at all of these reviews before I made my purchase on October 31, 2024 shame on me I should've known better. There are so many companies out here scamming people I should've done my homework still waiting for shoes that I have not received yet And customer support is a joke. No response no replies nothing . I can't believe companies like this exist and nobody's held liable for taking peoples money. It's a real shame..

It is now December 2, 2024 still no shoes only a refund of 11.99 THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!! I can’t understand how this is happening when there are multiple complaints!! When fraudulent companies take innocent people’s money seriously I send prayers up for results!!

I ordered taffy pink crocs and 2 months later received pale pink two sizes too small. I don’t mind waiting but they are not responding to my emails to send the right size or refund

I'd give a ZERO but it's not an option. I placed my order October 10. I emailed repeatedly but got the same auto response with no human response 3-5 days later. I just received my order and it's November 23rd. The item shipped is NOT what I ordered. zSo now it's more of a loss. I could have went to the bank and said it was fraud and I would have been refunded. But now I can't because I did receive an order but IT IS NOT what I ordered. Damn China. I should have red the reviews first! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!!!

Never received a tracking number for my order. This is a false website. I want my money back.

NEGATIVE STARS!!!! literally the same thing as everyone else. i ordered shoes on 10/20 and the tracking number i received disappeared, emailed customer support and got some bogus chat got thing so i sassily responded “oh so this is a scam got it” then i got another email with and apology and another tracking number and my order has been stuck in china since 10/25… filing a dispute w my bank asap

Ordered on 10/21, read the reviews and cancelled my $160 order on 10/24. I paid through PayPal when they shipped the items any way. They gave me half of what I paid and told me to keep the items. The boots have been in china for the last 24 days. I am going to file a dispute with my bank for the remaining funds. Lesson learned. I will stick to Amazon from now on.

i don't think i ordered this garbage. I cannot find any order anywhere. They are not worth $1. I thought the shipment was a scam.

TOTAL SCAM!! I placed an order, got an email confirming order, they took my $, I get an email confirming order was shipped. Couldn’t even track the package for a week. Then the tracking said it was ready and waiting to be shipped. Tracked that for a few days with no change in status. Now I track it and the tracking is no longer available. I can’t even look up my order on the website. The entire order has been deleted. I’ve emailed them several times and only get the standard response that they received my email and that’s about it. They provide no phone number to call customer service. And that’s because there is no customer service. It’s a total scam. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered but hopefully this can save someone else from basically being robbed. Live and learn.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Please be ware! I went through Gatsby Shoes which is a wonderful company to order from. Some how this company jumped on Gatsby website and my order went to them. After not receiving the shoes I called Gatsby to inquire only to find out I was scammed by Comfty Shoes. I looked at my card bill and seen the payment went tovComfty Shoes instead of Gatsby.

They don't deserve half a star. I ordered shoes advertised as being leather. When they arrived they were completely plastic throughout. I complained and they refused to refund until I sent them back to China but they said it would be very expensive to return them. I didn't bother and wasted my money. Dreadful company. You should ignore their advertisements completely. They are scammers. Through Paypal they said they would refund half the money but what good is that?

Zero star. Ordered, shows that it’s shipped but tracking shows at sorting facility at China airport. This is since last 20 days. Never trust this website. SCAM.
No response from customer service after sending numerous emails.

Awful quality and wrong size despite the correct size for my feet being marked on both the receipt and the sole of shoe. Did not comfortably fit me and arrived in a thin broken box. Not worth half what I had paid even if they had fit.

When I asked for a return mailing label and refund they offered me 20%, then 50%, I then said I would accept a 67% refund and to keep the shoes. I refused the earlier insulting offers and after several exchanges of emails they gave me $40 US back ouf the $60 I had paid including shipping fees.

I wish I had checked here before i bought them.
I only found out when the shoes arrived that they were made in China and only after initially insisting on returning them was I offered a return address in Guangdong, along with a warning of the high cost and inconvenience of shipping the shoes back to China.

They also added on some laughable comments about the high quality and correct size of the shoes they had sent me and the need to recoup their labour and material costs. I said that was their problem as they failed to deliver what I had ordered.

In the end I paid about what I think they are worth ($20 US) and will be able to wear them indoors or on the treadmill with thin socks on. They are not sturdy enough for outdoor use anyway.
