I would give them zero stars if I could! This is not a legit website. I ordered the cute grinch slippers and never got them. When I disputed the charge, they provided my CC company with a receipt. The phone number on the receipt is not in service and the website listed on the charge is a-n associates.com which is merely a spash page with nothing behind the navigation bar tabs.

This FAKE company trash box I ordered on August 5th and still nothing they act like there in the us but they are located in china .

Fake tracking numbers etc……
Thank god I ordered through PayPal it’s currently in resolution now.

The worst! Phony tracking numbers, form letters for complaints. I have no one to blame than myself for being so stupid! I NEVER order from anywhere other than Amazon. Lesson learned

BIG SCAM COMPANY. WHEN WRITE TO THEM THEY ALWAYS ANSWER WITH A FORMAT PRINTED LETTER. ORDER MY SHOES AND PAID ALMOST $30.00 JULY 13TH. I DID NOT RECEIVED THEM. I FILED A CASE ASKING TO RETURN MY MONEY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE NOT EVEN A STAR BUT THE SYSTEM FORCES YOU TO PICK AT LEAST ONE. EVERYTHING IS WRONG.

Shoes took forever to get here almost 2 months I ordered them in the middle of June for my granddaughter‘s birthday at the end of June and it is now second week of August and I just got them they are the wrong size they were supposed to be for a toddler and they’re more for a teenager size wise and they are cheap The infant light shoes do not work and they are for like a year old and they look cheap as hell never order from this place they are making it impossible to return you have to get approved and send photos and explain why and they have to approve worst experience ever will never shop from here again

very frustrating company to deal with. I ordered boots on June 22nd it is now July 24th. still do not have boots, You can only correspond by email, no phone number. I have sent 4 emails, they emailed me back in seconds after the first email with a very generic response. Never answered my other 3 emails. I would give -10 stars if I could

Stay away! I ordered men’s size 12 shoes and I received size 9 or 10, not sure didn’t fit, tried to contact, unable, no resolution, I have never written a bad review before! I tried calling; cannot complete the call as dialed; phony number???!!!

Omg...what's not wrong with this company. They take your money and send you crap.
Their policy states you can return and they will send you a shipping label...not true.
Tried to contact them multiple times...no answer.
The shoes come from China...very small and poor quality.
Please, save your money as you will be scammed.

Sent me a bogus tracking number, there phone has been disconnected, I got nothing but form emails telling me about their service. I contacted the better business bureau but they couldn't do anything told me company was out of business ITS A SCAM COMPANY
They also advertise under the name Adventure shoe company just beware these people are scammers

If I could give my experience less than 1 star, that would be more in line.

First, it took over 2 months for my order to be delivered. Despite several emails to the company, they never responded. I only received tracking info after I filed a complaint with PayPal.

When I finally did receive the product, it wasn’t the color represented and it smelled bad. Return policy states if you. Notify them within 30 days, they will upon approval send you a return label. But of course, they just ignore the request so that you cannot get a return label. To date, PayPal is not siding with customer so I will be reconsidering my PayPal account as I thought I had consumer protection buying through PayPal. Apparently not!

I ordered a pair of shoes 11/11/23. Today is 3/14/24 and I never received the shoes I ordered. Called the customer service number and phone doesn’t ring. I emailed them at email address provided and received a generated email saying it takes a few weeks to prepare and ship them out. That few weeks has come and gone.

Well, another customer irritated with this company as they shipped us slippers in December and it took a month to get as it is coming from China and no size on shoes and then they were not sized correctly as they did not fit my daughter. I spent $39.99 and I could not get a reply from the company and when they did reply they said they would fix the issue and they would not take the return at their expense as it had to ship back to China and this is too expensive as I work in logistics so I asked for refund or replacement but no resolution yet as this is end of Feb 2024 and they said they would give me 50% off but now I don't want anyting from them as the slippers should have been shipped back at their expense due to wrong sizing and poor poor customer service. We gave the slippers to a friend that could wear them but quality is not up to par so buy locally and do not buy from this China company as you may have an issue and they will not pay for return if there is an issue and they keep your money. Dont buy from them!!! Next time I need to check out company first before I buy as this day and age China is moving in to sell us everything and quality is not there on most products. Crap!!! Go elsewhere and save some heartache.

Same experience as all other reviewers...boots are made with cheap materials and nowhere near the quality they advertise.

No response when requesting a refund thru email as is the only option available. The phone number provided is no longer in service.

After that there was no response to my consistent emails reaching out to them for a solution. The phone number to reach out to them is bogus so don't even try. I wish there was a way to post about this company with consumer beware.

I’m forced to choose 1 star but these scammers at this fake website called Comfy Platform Shoes get -10 stars!! I called the logistics company who owns a distribution center at the NY Transit Rd. address listed on their website. They are no longer working out of Sonwil Logistics and they had nothing but unresolved complaints when they were located there. The boots they advertise called Bradford
Weatherproof Boots are described as buttery soft leather - what a joke!! They are paper thin painted wth black vinyl paint and a thin knitted synthetic lining. The soles are an ugly pale orange coloured slippery, thin foam that your finger can dint. They are liars so buyers BEWARE! They don’t answer their email.

The product ordered arrived flattened and stuffed into a plastic mail bag, ok?! When opened the shoes were of such poor quality I was stunned that a company operating out of continental USA would be allowed to get away with selling such trash, but apparently they can.
My advise, save you money and buy from a decent and honourable trader.

I would Give them NO Stars. I ordered shoes and did not get them for 2 months. I emailed, texted and called the company many times to get answers and to find out where my shoes were. I was told someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. That never happened. After the 2 months I got the shoes and they are NOT comfortable are poorly made and do not fit me. So I tried everything again so i could get a refund and send them back. Now it has been almost 3 months and still no answer. I would advise everyone NOT to oreder from this so Called company !!!!

I tried contacting the merchant after not receiving my shoes. I then tried calling the number that was on my credit card. Fake number. I emailed them several times and they said they would get back in 2 days. They did not. Fake customer care service. Yep, I think this is a scam.

Someone should take them to cort.
No answer regarding my complaint and the phone number does no exist.
A completa scam, should be taken down from the web.
