Its our first time to have booking through Comfy Workers. The team was always helpful to answer any question we had and to ensure the booking process was smooth for the Guest.

We recently heard of Comfy Workers and within a few weeks of registering a perfect contract came up. Throughout the process we have had excellent service from Comfy Workers. It's been especially helpful to talk to someone who could explain what we needed to do.

Great company, good communication throughtout and easy to use services. Highly recommended

Access Instructions were clear and concise.
Apartment was as advertised, clean and well set out.
Designated parking is tight for anything larger than a Fiesta.
Council car park opposite, free from 8am - 7pm, but not sure about the area, Gosport is classed as medium risk.
Big Velux windows, so hot on sunny days, a fan would be nice.

Comfy workers provides a great way for Hosts to access another way of marketing their properties with flexibility away from the larger portals to contractors rather than mainly tourists. Guests are nearly always great people to have stay and the flexibility to pitch your property out for certain dates makes managing bookings much easier.

We took a bit of a break from using Comfy Workers, but decided to give them another go — and so far, so good! Communication has been smooth, the booking process straightforward, and the properties have been well-suited to our contractors’ needs. Hoping things continue on this positive note. Good to be back!

For those a little hesitant to have multiple agents for receiving bookings, Comfy Workers have a great customer service team who are happy to talk through how their platform works. We have been able to offer quite a few workers the accommodation they require and all have been brilliant guests.
