We manage all the accommodation for our employees with this company. Its operation is very efficient, solving all service incidents with diligence and speed.

We have been registered as hosts on Comfy Workers for several months, and have recently taken several bookings through them. We currently have 3 of our properties occupied by them and we cannot speak highly enough of their guests. They have all been very respectful of our properties and we would gladly host them again. In addition to this, the platform is very easy to use, making registering properties, and submitting and accepting offers incredibly simple. Such a breath of fresh air compared to some other platforms! Finally, it has been a pleasure working with Daniel and Alex. They are both super responsive, and we know any queries we send their way will be dealt with in a timely manner. I would happily recommend Comfy Workers to anyone looking to book or provide accommodation

Great rate, good service! We've just done a 4-month corporate let with Comfy workers. The rate is excellent so we are very happy. Alex and Daniel have been a great help throughout the process.

We are a Holiday Letting Agent in the Scottish Borders, within a few days of loading our properties on to the Comfy Workers website we started having enquiries. Now a few weeks later we have over half of our accommodation booked through Comfy Workers. I can't recommend them highly enough they have given us lots of support in loading up accommodation details, through the quote process, confirmation of bookings and the workers arrival.

Great first experience with Comfy Workers. The team were very helpful and clear in their communication. I really liked their mobile app as it provided quite a lot of info and allowed for the whole process to happen end to end without the need to call someone. When I did decide to call, the team was very polite and professional. I'd certainly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs!!

Property rented in Newcastle for several railway engineers for an ongoing project.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with an abundance of plug in air fresheners along with 10's of reed diffusers which not only assaulted the senses but physically slapped you round the face upon entry which made me wonder what was trying to be hidden.

Was it the stains on every surface in each room, was it the mouse droppings near the kitchen, was it the peeling & bubbling wallpaper that looks like it was hung by someone waring boxing gloves or was it the 2x bedrooms that had been used by 2 previous occupants that are still to be cleaned 3 weeks later!

The bedding is stained, I refuse to look at the mattresses.

The bedroom door handles are broken at best & lock you in as they're hanging off in some rooms!

It says off street parking, yes for a go cart nothing bigger!

When you complain about a cleaning schedule you're rebuffed & told only the occupied rooms will be cleaned & not the ones previously occupied!

I dread to think anybody actually inspecting this property with a black light would throw up & condem it!

All in all a disgusting property, poor service & looking forward to going home a cleansing myself in acid for 48 hours!

Beware, there's nothing "comfy" for workers/contractors here .....

Comfy Workers have been a great company to work alongside with with prompt payment. The platform is easy to access to upload properties and track which bookings you have coming up. Most importantly, staff are very responsive when you have a problem.
