Too many hoops to jump through to return the product for a refund.

The service rep was friendly and efficient.

Not sure yet as a solution has not yet been offered.

Reply time was very quick, still to find out if their return process is efficient

Since, the product didn't work in my home, they are going to allow me to return the items and give me a refund. I was only able to access tv range of 50 miles. I needed more range.

i ordered these by mistake and emailed them for a refund and the process to return with a refund and they got back to me in 2 minutes or less.

Very quick to response to the concerns.

The product was so light weight and in my opinion, not worth the money spent to operate where I needed it.

The customer rep was polite and professional. Now I look forward to seeing the claim form as promised to return unwanted items

A little hard to understand Leo but he was very kind and helpful.

The items were not up to standard. Firstly they were much smaller than expected but they were also scratched and chipped particularly around the edges

Ease of contacting customer service and short wait time on call. And the promised emailed response asking for video and info came immediately.
The product itself is extremely disappointing, however. We waited a long time for an interactive and responsive toy for a special occasion and received a simple repetitive and totally unresponsive toy.

In the beginning of placing my order I was very sceptical. I did get worried when my order didn’t arrive on time . I would have appreciated sum feedback inbween the delay . When I received my order I was very very disappointed as I didn’t get what I paid for . The ad of the wuffy is the opposite of what I received . Kindly refund me in full . I await your response. Earbuds great although overcharged by £10. However, I also received two items that I don’t need or want.

I'm still waiting for the return instructions. I completed the survey as instructed. Merchandise return instructions were suppose to follow that I'm still waiting!
