Not enough tv range

Since, the product didn't work in my home, they are going to allow me to return the items and give me a refund. I was only able to access tv range of 50 miles. I needed more range.

Customer service response good, so far. Product unsatisfactory …

Ease of contacting customer service and short wait time on call. And the promised emailed response asking for video and info came immediately.
The product itself is extremely disappointing, however. We waited a long time for an interactive and responsive toy for a special occasion and received a simple repetitive and totally unresponsive toy.

In the beginning of placing my order I was very sceptical. I did get worried when my order didn’t arrive on time . I would have appreciated sum feedback inbween the delay . When I received my order I was very very disappointed as I didn’t get what I paid for . The ad of the wuffy is the opposite of what I received . Kindly refund me in full . I await your response.
