The one thing I ordered I really like ( therawolf) but to my amazement my order had several items I didn’t order I suppose somehow in the ordering process things got messed up and I need to return and receive a refund because you have already posted to my card on PayPal.
I also do not want a subscription for anything

They advertised a carconnect adapter, just seemed properly priced. When I went to pay through PayPal, they neglected to show shipping and warranty charges along with changing the currency from CAD to USD. The transaction was flagged by my CC company, as fraudulent but PayPal allowed for the charge to go through with another card I had on the acct. Long story short - Dont purchase or order anything from this company, in my opinion they are online thieves and will do anything to scam you once they have you on the line. Just save yourself the headache and shop with other legitimate online stores.

I purchased 2 of their SD008 products a couple of years ago, both have operated consistently, however I have recently noticed that the Green operating light is no longer illuminated of both units, do they require maintenance? Please advise, thanks

They responded quickly, but with a request for me to complete this review. O ly after I do this will they discuss my return. The product didn't work as advertised and I'm convinced it did something to mess up my tv.

Paid for a pressure washer on the 4th May this year - received no confirmation from Commerce Core UAB. After requesting details of the transaction, was told that the product had been dispatched but failed to provide any details of courier, expected delivery date, etc. Over the past 10 days, nothing received nor any correspondence. Totally unacceptable and fraudulent.

When ordering product it was very confusing so the order went through ordering more then I wanted & no way to change the order before processed. Wanted two car [lay & got 6.. Want to return 4 of them.

Vacuum cleaner Not up to my expectations

I love the idea of your product, especially being able to watch movies on the go. Unfortunately the item didn’t work in my vehicle. I wish it did! So a return of product would be in my best interest, can you help?

I did not order any items, merely browsed their website yet ended up with charges for two items in my PayPal accounts as well as them setting up ongoing automatic payments! Do NOT order from this company or even click on their website. They state already left warehouse within an hour of fraudulent transaction and won't cancel. Have reported to a number of authorities.

Looks a great product from reviews but no longer required

When I ordered my car connect device online it was easy but they did not advise that it was in US dollars so that was a bit misleading. The reason I ordered one because the price was low but when final payment was finalised it was twice the amount advertised. Also when the order went through I was advised that a tracking number will be emailed to me once it has been shipped. I had to email customer service a few times before I got one. Customer service has been quite quick responding to my emails. I have since received my order which I now am requesting a refund due to it is not quite what I thought it was going to do.
Customer service Victor was quick to respond and have since been refunded.

Spoke to Nerry, she explained clearly alI I have to do in order to return some of the items that I ordered by mistake.

The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful. I think he did a good job.

The QR code on the packaging took me again and again to a page that said the code was wrong. But it was the code that the QR code supplied.
Dead End 4 times!!!

I ordered the TV stick to get more TV Channels and what I found is that my current LIVE TV GUIDE has as many channels as your product. Clearly, I was hoping that it had more channels, but it does not. That said, I would like to know how to return the package I received and issue a full refund. Thank you.... Tom Pierson
