I was disappointed when order was wrong
I was disappointed when I realized my order was correct. I called customer service within 15 min when I was told it was already pulled for shipment.
Also money for insurance was added without my knowledge.
The agent today said no problem. I hope so.
Avoid…..at all costs
Website is confusing! You end up placing orders for goods you don’t want, warranty and additional charges you don’t want and then receive multiple split invoices!

It states you have the right to cancel within 24 hours but when you try they say the goods are shipped within an hour and they then won’t cancel!

When I ordered it, it seemed like there were two sizes. As I checked out there was no option- so the advertising was confusing. The guard is too big and I’m still trying to find out if there is a smaller size to exchange it for.

So far the experience has been great. When I accidently over ordered I made contact by phone. I was told it was too late to cancel the order, even though I had just placed it. They said the order is forwarded immediately. I was told to wait until I received it and then contact them for instruction on how to return one of the orders. That happened and I made contact by email. I received a reply email and given this link to the survey.
