Bait and switch scam... zero after sale help
They will get you signed up with someone like Travelers(like they did me) and when travelers does their audit the rates all of sudden have gone up 33 percent which you won't know until the audit. Trying to find out why or any other question is impossible, the customer service will just bounce you around from dept. to dept. It is insane, and Travelers was of no help either, as they are probably part of the scam as well. If your going to allow a company to represent and sell your product, you should be able to get an answer as to why they can change the rates (up 33 percent) on you without notice, they can say any number they want at audit and you have to pay it. This is why people hate insurance companies, because the simply don't conduct business in an honest manner, they have to deceive and steal your money. Just be upfront with me and I will happily pay for the services. Stay away from scum like this.
They said they can't help me
They said they can't help me, which is unfortunate, but I understand. What I don't understand are all these follow up phone calls I keep getting from their sales team asking why I didn't sign up for a policy. Don't slam the door in my face then open it ajar and ask if everything's okay.
Don't waste your time
Someone described this company as a multi-tier data collection scam, and I agree. They seem to be in the business of collecting your company's data, and passing you on to another company or level that does the same thing. I imagine my spam folder will triple after the experience because they don't make money by providing Insurance referrals.
Impossible to get an actual referral to a insurance company that will actually provide a quote to you
They can't get it together. I went through a lengthy process of verifying all the information of my business. They referred me to a company that never responded back to me. So I called back. Went through that lengthy process of re-verify in all the information I already gave them. They told me I'd get a call from somebody. I got a call immediately, and then after I am seeing a bunch of questions, they put me back in the queue for commercial. Net and I was asked again two on a third time go through the lengthy process of reverify my information so they could find somebody for me. I told him just to forget it because I don't have time to keep doing that. I'm going through other Brokers now because I don't know what their problem is but they cannot get it together and get me to an actual insurance company that will give me a quote

as many here have described, this is a multi-level data collection company - not sure if they actually write insurance, but after spending a long time answering detailed questions to a first person, was transferred to a purported "agent" who again asked a lot of detailed questions but was not actually an agent - he would then look to farm me out to someone else, and on and on - waste of time and possibly a scam company just looking for details - of NO value and of potential harm

It has been over a month since I purchased the policy. McGriff was great to deal with. However, Imperium Insurnace company not so much. I still have not received a hard-copy policy. I had to contact McGriff to get an email copy. The invoice has not come yet either. I call McGriff and they gave me a number to Imperium, which I called 2 times, after the second call I received a call back. No apology just, we are working from home because of Covid-19, I will send you a link.
We all are doing somethings differently because of the virus, but a simple returned would be good. Now we are showing deliquent and that makes me mad. It is alright for them to use the virus as an excuse not to return my calls or send me a policy oe invoice but to make it look like I just did not pay a bill is poor customer service.
