We checked when our tap would be delivered with a person prior to ordering as we needed it urgently. We were told there was 4 in stock so it would be delivered next day, so we ordered it in good faith, next day came and no tap, contacted them online the following morning when the job was due to be done to ask where the tap was and they told us it hasn't even left their warehouse yet and will be sent out today (The day we needed it by) for delivery on Tuesday after the bank holiday, when asked why we were lied to about the delivery time frame and why we were not made aware of delays we were told oh it must have been a blip on the system and that it didn't update normally and also they are really busy, no concession or even a proper apology offered, the job had to be cancelled as only this specific type of tap can be used and they are only obtainable by order for delivery.

Poor customer service and deception leading to a purchase that we otherwise would not have made with them due to the impending timeframe in which it would be required.

Update: your response makes no sense, you are speaking to me as if this order has already been delivered which it has not, I went on the website, on the wednesday last week, stated I need this tap when would it arrive? I was told there are four in stock so it would be with us next day (Thursday). I said great so I bought it, next day came, no tap. Friday came I contacted you and I was told it was a blip on the system and the order did not update, So it will come tuesday, even though I needed it Friday (The date of contact), I did not say anything about receiving it on the day of the job(This is a lie). By all means send me this supposed transcript because i am 100% sure you are lying and I assure you am not happy about it at all, Furthermore this tap was due to arrive this morning but guess what? still not here. I have contacted again, only for you to admit further failings on your part. Please don't lie to try and save face.

Great customer service. Although the delivery takes quite a while, we were aware of this so no big issue for us, it arrived as expected and packaged extremely well. Excellent communication and always professional.
