Great customer service. Melissa, Laura and Alyssa especially are great. Prompt with emails and calls, always exceed my expectations and unlike a lot of other companies - their aftersales service is great. They don't just sell and ignore like other companies I have come across, any issues or damages we have are dealt with straight away and nothing is too much.

Even with the time difference, the customer service was timely and affective. I barely had to ask any questions because all the delivered information was clear and concise.

I usually use another supplier, but Commercial Washrooms were able to supply within a needed timeframe. Very smooth ordering process with Tom and tracking of delivery. There was unfortunately an issue with part of the consignment, but this is where I was truly impressed with the company. The customer service from Melissa was first class and the issue was sorted out very quickly. This kind of quality service gives me a lot of confidence and trust with the company, and I will definitely return as a customer. Highly recommend!

it was an easy process from staet to end. Gavin was very helpful but Annie went above and beyond to help when we encountered some minor issues

My office was looking to replace two standard-height cubicles with full-height cubicles, and James Radwanski from Commercial Washrooms was extremely helpful from all stages - ensuring the cubicles were suitable for the space, and we even got the exact match for the existing cubicle laminates!
