having used Commercial Washrooms for several years, they have proved to be outstanding. Most items from stock, quick delivery, mistakes put right promptly - theirs or mine. Gavin has pulled me out of trouble many times.

Second purchase from Commercial Washrooms. Was so pleased first time around that we decided to repeat the order for our other bathroom. Placed order, delivered next day but found a small dimple/defect in the porcelain. Placed a call and a new toilet is being delivered tomorrow! Cannot ask for better service! Polite, friendly and the quickest response time ever! Prices are excellent and as far as what we purchased, have remained the same, so very pleased with that as well. Huge thank you to Daniela Godwin who took my call and sorted anll this out in a matter of minutes! So grateful ... x

Very good service for shipment from UK to Norway. Shipment to Norway can often be a bit difficult, as we are outside of EU (same as UK now)

Ralph over at Commercial Washrooms was unbelievably helpful! Managed to get us a WC set on such short notice and had the order wrapped up and done within 24 hours! Absolute star! If I could I'd give a higher rating than 5*. Brilliant company and excellent team. Highly recommended!

This is my second review of this company. After a good sales experience I said I was waiting to see how the delivery and aftersales service would be. The delivery time was 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I rang to see what the date might be. Eventually I spoke with Tom Easom, he knew exactly what was happening confirmed a date there and then which was before the deadline. The order arrived as promised but there was a piece missing which could happen on an order worth £12,500 . I contacted Tom who sent out the part on an overnight courier which meant the plumbers could continue the following day. Some days later it was discovered that a Sanitary piece had a hairline crack in it. I contacted the company who said that they would send out another. But then there was some confusion as to a checking deadline meaning I might not be covered. One phone call from Tom and again it was all sorted and the part arrived the following morning. Thanks Tom, you are personally 5 star.

We had ordered some specific taps for a project that is under go and we had the help of Becky Prevett, she was very helpful, friendly and assuring throughout the process as we had some unexpected issues with our order, Becky went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue and did so with much patience and ease, she was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend the company as well as her any day of the week!!!!! you are a star Becky
