Quality service

Excellent service and consultation
My office was looking to replace two standard-height cubicles with full-height cubicles, and James Radwanski from Commercial Washrooms was extremely helpful from all stages - ensuring the cubicles were suitable for the space, and we even got the exact match for the existing cubicle laminates!

Soap dispenser
We had a faulty soap dispenser with a sensor - I contacted Commercial Washrooms about it - I had to send a few photos/video of the fault - they quickly agreed that it was faulty - they contacted the soap dispenser manufacturer and they promptly sent out a replacement - worked perfectly. Thanks for the quick service.

Gavin Watson was a huge help before, during, and after the ordering process. He had a lot of knowledge of the products, and was able to find us solutions to what we were looking for. Delivery was next day, despite it having a 3-5 day lead time. Highly recommend!

Awkward to deal with
Awkward to deal with! Desperate to have our commercial shower repaired! Provided part numbers, product codes etc direct from the manufacturer during one of the many phone calls.. But was then told had to be by email with images (8 mile round trip to get images) waited several hours for a reply regarding prices etc and was told email not received (yet was in our sent box) Wish had spoke to Daniela when look at the reviews Got instant service ells ware!
