Fantastic and quick service offered by Angela!!!

Just got my wifi installed today. The two individuals who installed the wifi Gabriel and Otavio were extremely friendly. Did the setup super quick and explained everything properly and answered whatever questions I had regarding the new wifi. Great customer service.

Ty was helpful and understood my needs to run through all the possible combinations with me.

After contacting Community Fibre, Yaya and Senzo have responded professionally to all my questions and updated my contract request swiftly. They explained all my updates options and made sure that I would switch to the contract which would benefit me and my family the best. I am very happy with the service and the quality of Community Fibre as my internet provider.

I was helped by Jack, he was super friendly and helpful. All the staff I’ve talked to have made the installation and setting up process very smooth.

I originally spoke with a Customer Services Adviser who failed to resolve issues of concerns. I called again and Naomi answered, she was very Prifessional, listened attentively to my issues of concerns and satisfaction resolved them. I was lucky and happy to have been dealt with by Naomi.

Easy to get through on phone, immediate action and Andy on the other end knew her product.

I have contacted customer service today for some requests i had about my house internet. I spoke with Naomi and she was very helpful, quick and polite.

Alex supported me with my query and was very supportive, easy to communicate with and personable. He was diligent in explaining my query back to me as well as next steps, and what to expect going forward, which is refreshing and a true example of excellent customer service. Thank you again!

Shawn john i3552 was great, arrived promptly after notifying me of visit. Identified the issue with modem and replaced together with using another port on telephone pole for improved signal strength. Great service. Many thanks, Tony

Milo was very friendly and kind. i had issues with my connection and he gave very clear instructions on how to reset it, upon failure he promptly booked an engineer and was extremely apologetic. exceptional customer service

After talking to Virgin Media about my contract, they were absolutely useless, as usual, offering lesser prices very slow slowly but nowhere near what community fibre broadband could offer me.
I rang community fibre and call was answered in 25 seconds. Brilliant service and 1 to 1 call with a very obliging human.
I booked installation for two days time and the engineer arrived on time and completed the work in two hours. What a different service from what I’m used to.
Jake G was my engineer who was very knowledgeable in his trade. A pleasure to have him in my house and went beyond the call of duty to help out. I cannot recommend this company anymore for the service and care and fairness in pricing that they give. 

Tomas was patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to do in a way that I understood and put me at ease. Although it was a long phonecall, Tomas was polite and professional at all times. He's a credit to your customer services!
