I received a letter stating I might be eligible for free loft insulation. Within a week of me applying Community Home Solutions we’re in touch to arrange their survey. I’ve had loft insulation, vents in all my windows and fans in the kitchen and bathroom installed. The whole process has been so smooth and fast! Everyone I spoke to fully explained the process prior to any work being completed and we’re very friendly. We have already noticed a difference to the temperature in our house over a hot few days with the insulation fitted. Thanks so much!

Absolutely first class company. All installations carried out on time and to schedule. Documentation and communication excellent throughout. Quality of work way beyond my expectations. They organised fitment of Samsung Air source heat pump, new tank, associated plumbing, solar panels, battery and all electrical connection as well as new Vent Axia extractor fans and loft insulation. No fuss would recommend them totally

I’ve now had loft insulation fitted and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth! Everyone was professional and very helpful along the way. Can’t fault them! I contacted them to see if I could get my mums electric bill reduced as she is all electric. They were extremely responsive, efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. From completing the application to installing solar panels, heat source and loft insulation. All done in 2 months. Amazing. Professional and friendly at all times.
