I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes in January 2022. I never received the shoes and I did not receive my money back. This company is to be avoided. I have a friend who is a lawyer in Madrid and he has agreed to pursue Comovita on my behalf. The system will not let me enter January 2022 which is when this started for me.

I would give zero stars to these scammers.

Did a purchase over a YEAR ago, sent numerous emails trying to locate my order. No response.

I smeared their entire social media channels demanding a refund and -to my surprise- all comments were the same.

The obviously blocked me -the audacity- and haven't received my order ever since.

No contact. No explanation.
Stay away from this scam.

i sent $200 dollars one YEAR ago (order 933268) for beautiful shoes. Comovita has my money. I have NO SHOES! i've sent numerous emails. Sadly, I've obviously fallen prey to ANOTHER SCAM! very very disappointing. Oh, and by the way. My complaint here almost got "rejected" b/c "your review must be written within ONE year". nice try, COMOVITA. Thieves.

Dont buy from Camovita. Its a scam. I have an order from December 2022 and still waiting. The bank, Revoult, also not supportive. My money gone, £180.

Placed my order on 8th Jan. Two months later and no shoes and no communication from the company despite multiple emails and requests for updates after the last one - 'Your shoes are being sewn' on 20th Jan. Really disappointing as I was hoping to be able to support high quality independent manufacturing. Woeful customer service, no product delivered - it would be hard to perform any worse as a company. I'll be asking my bank to add them to a list of fraudsters and for a full refund.

The whole company is a scam.

I ordered shoes from their website 3.10.2022 (order #933459). At first I received emails from them (the shoes are being sewn etc.). I answered one of these emails (17.10) and had a question about changing the delivery address. They said that the shoes will be ready within 2-3 days, should they keep the same address. I agreed, if the shoes would be shipped within a few weeks I could receive them at the original address. I contacted them again on 3.11. as I had heard nothing back from them. Since the first reply it has been radio silence. I have contacted them again multiple times with no answer. I tried sending them a new inquiry and found that they had changed their email, which, with the prolonged delivery and no possible way to contact the company, raised additional red flags.

I tried to go the official route and contacted the European Consumer Centre. Even the Spanish authorities did not receive any reply from the company. (I would advice others to contact the European Consumer Centre in Spain so at least they will be aware of the company and the many problems it has.)

Sure the shoes look nice, but that does not help if you never receive them. I would advice everyone to steer clear of the company, as it is, point blank, a scam.

Still waiting on my shoes four months after ordering (5.2.2023).

Shoes ordered and paid for but not delivered. At some point you get a message that the shoes are being made, but that's just to reassure you. No response to my questions either. So don't buy anything, otherwise you'll just lose your money.

When I contacted them before I ordered (Nov 21st 2022, order #933543), they answered immediately and told me that a shoe of the kind that I asked about would be ready within a week. It was not: I had the same experience of automated communications for a few weeks (last message Dec 5th 2022) and then complete radio silence. No answers when I contacted them after the initial communication.

Given the misleading information provided to me and how selective they are in terms of answering queries, I am rather confident that this is a scam. Do not buy from them. I checked several of the positive reviewers on here and they seem to only provide 5 star reviews, often to companies with a deluge of 1 star reviews You can check this for yourselves and draw your own conclusions.

Edit: I contacted the ECC and then made a formal request to Comovita for a return of my money within 14 days, as per EU's customer protection laws (to both of their email addresses). They did not reply or return the money, and thus, I made a request to my bank for a reclamation. It was successful. I recommend that others do the same. It also seems like the owner Borja Durán has removed his name from the earlier replies to users here and now goes by 'Pablo'. He started a new business called 'Rebolt' so I also recommend staying away from that.

Don't buy at Comovita, it's a scam.

ordered my shoes on November 23rd, Order No. #933544, many mails and frustrations later still no shoes and no answer on any of my mails nor an update whatsoever...

Beginning to realise this is just a scam... €210 don the drain.

Really well made shoes and good delivery experience (yes, it takes a while to get the shoes made).

Soft suede. Good footbed and extremely comfy to wear. Can recommend if you aren’t in a rush.

Terrible company! Made an order in october and still haven’t recieved any shoes. Tried to contact the vompany several times without any replies.

Its all a scam!

Please do not get conned by this company. They will take your money but you will never receive your shoes. Beware of the 5* reviews as they will definitely be made up. This is a scam and they have hooked many more people than just me

Order #933520 - ordered Nov. 5th, 2022, no replies or updates since Nov 7th when my shoes were supposedly being worked on. I can’t tell if this company is going defunct or what but having no responses to my numerous inquiries about status updates is concerning. I emailed to cancel a week ago but also no response

Quality, design and a down to earth pricing. If you don’t mind waiting for a while to get your shoes, there’s literally no reason to shop elsewhere. These shoes are the type of shoes you stare at and hope they were yours.

The shoe brand I always wanted. I’m a rational person who values quality, design and nothing else when buying clothing. This brand, like Italic, are a dream for me. Got my shoes yesterday (loafer and Chelsea) and since the first moment it’s clear the quality. From the construction to the quality of the leather (and even the rubber soles look special). If the shoes stand to their promise, I’ll shop again in a few months for the summer. Chapeau.

Best in its class. The good thing: you can’t find a pair of shoes as good as these without paying at least twice as much. The not so good stuff? It took 5 weeks to get the Chukkas. Overall? I’ll buy again.
