That's my first purchase from Comovita and I wasn't disappointed. Quality is just superb. If you normally wear size 42, then you should take it in 42 (at least in my case). Additional thanks to Pablo (Support Agent) for his help online #934796

Spectacular boots. Yes, there’s no 2 day express shipping. Pretty clear on the brands site.

Great shoes at a hard to compete pricing. Waited a couple of weeks to get mines. Comfortable since first use.

nonexistent customer service. order 932905 was placed back in January - no delivery yet and no response except for automated messages saying my order is awaiting fulfilment. would like to try them but this is just ridiculous!

It's a great idea, and the shoes seem great. However, I've emailed several times to try to ask what size I should get, since their size chart doesn't include the smaller sizes they offer, and I have not gotten a single reply. Over a several month period, I think I sent four emails, and have not gotten a single reply. They clearly don't even have a customer service team. It's ironic that they have a marketing team to send emails, but not anyone who actually reads the emails they receive. I would love to be able to order from them, but until they improve their customer service and responsiveness, I cannot recommend that anyone buy from them

Been waiting 8 months!

Placed an order for a pair of Chelsea boots in January. I received confirmation my order had been received, and a message, advising me that due to demand orders typically take 4-6 weeks, however, can take a little longer currently due to demand - no longer than 8 weeks though.
Having heard nothing for 8 weeks, I chased my order and sent a number of emails. I eventually received a message advising me, my shoes where just being finished and they would be shipped shortly.
To this date (October 2022) I have received no shoes and no further communication.
Since April, I have sent over 30 emails and made every attempt to reach Comovita through their recommended channels. I eventually made many requests to cancel my order and be issued with a full refund, but this too was ignored.
They held my money for over 8 months, I didn’t receive my shoes, and eventually I made a claim through my credit card company who took over from here and issued me a refund.

I am really disappointed, having ordered the boots off the back of a GQ recommendation. All the reviews about not receiving orders made by other customers and no communication, appear to be true. It’s been impossible to speak to anyone or receive any information.

Please keep hold of you money and buy from a reputable, reliable shoe maker/supplier.
The shoes and boots they show in pictures when advertising look great, but not if you don’t ever receive them.

Comovita - I’m not sure if they actually exist to make shoes or if it is simply a scam to get peoples money.

What a complete joke of a company. No replys regarding my order anytime since I started contacting in March 2022. The order (#933069) is from 05-02-2022. 8 months (!) of waiting for the shoes, realized I probably won't get them at all, 150 euros down the drain...

Last email was from 17-02-2022: "Your shoes are being sewn. Comovita if you are reading this review, my ordernumber is #933069.

What a complete joke is this company. No reply's regarding my order. The order was from 25-3-2022. Almost half a year waiting for the shoes, don't think I will ever get them.

I already knew I was going to love the look of these but what was even more surprising was how comfortable they are! Really happy with the purchase. Ordered dress shoes for a wedding and knew I’d be back for me. Didn’t disappoint

Quality and appearance in comfortable combo. I must admit I am one of those guys who hardly puts on a pair of sneakers aside from when I am running. With these suede kicks that has changed. They are comfortable as you should expect. Clearly keepers with me.

I say DONT BUY!! No shoes and no service and no answer! I have orderd my sneakers 5/5 -22 and end june a Mr Borja write thst they have many orders and normally 4 week del. time. Now my order 933377 is about 4 months old and absolutely no response from Mr Borja anymore. Sorry 😢 no shoes and no money back!! Then you all know!

Never heard from them. Been waiting close to a year

Unfortunately, I ordered in February 2022 and it is now 25th of August. Have still not received any shoes. No response when asking for assistance. Worst thing I have ever experienced.

Great products, room to improve in terms of deliverability

The order was placed on 27 March and it’s now 26 July - a whole 4 months

And still no sign of the boots

It’s a scam.. they don’t respond to emails and take your money and disappear

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Guys, I ordered my shoes in January, and I only got them now in July. Same as many of you, I tried contacting them multiple times, with no success, just an automated message. But, I figured out that their website is actually a Shopify site, so I contacted Shopify support directly and shared the issue I had. Shopify contacts them immediately because they are protecting their credibility, and in 15 mins, I get a WhatsApp message from the Comovita owner, and we made it work. I got my shoes today via DHL. So, it is not a scam, but I believe they are actually overwhelmed - not that that is an excuse. But, you can do what I did, so you'll get your shoes because they won't screw with Shopify.

Only give them one star as can’t give them 0. Paid for shoes promised on a 4 week delivery. 6 months later no sign and don’t answer emails. Thank god for PayPal. Avoid at all costs!
