Visited this business, after looking elsewhere and found they had several models of the car we were looking for. Dean was very nice and not at all pushy.
Prices were good and they put a brand new MOT on the car purchased.
I’d highly recommend them.

Bought my car from Compact just over a year ago so fair to say I've given it a good run before reviewing. Car is excellent with no issues at all. Compact put a new MOT on the car before I picked it up and changed the timing belt. Just passed it's first MOT since I bought it and only needed a tire. Service when choosing and collecting the car was superb

Easy transaction and dean was super helpful

Bought a focus from them in August 2024. Explained how I had been let down by previous garage and needed reliable car. Told they would never treat me like the other garage. Talked the talk. Then drove focus away and within 5 minutes an engine light came on. Phoned garage in the morning and told to take it in. Fixed a sensor and upon collecting it was told to keep an eye on it as often the 2nd sensor can go as well. Half way to folly farm with kids same thing happened and loss of power. They advised me to drive home slowly as the breakdown cover they provide for free wouldn't get me or kids home. Back to garage and 2nd sensor fixed.
Drove to west midlands and clutch started slipping and had smell of burning rubber. Before returning to garage I cleared car out and noticed the door seal was falling off and had been taped on. Then realised this was the issue with all the door seals. Was told they weren't the ones to do that but didn't like it when I said if that was the case the car could not possibly have been checked over properly before sale.
Finance was eventually cleared but took numerous calls from me.
Customer service is non existent as soon as there is a problem with the car. Car now back up for sale. Let's hope they have fixed all issues with it. Be careful if buying the blue focus. BG66WKZ.

We had a great experience here from start to finish. Luis greeted us when we arrived onsite and was very welcoming and friendly. He pointed us in the right direction for what we wanted and let us browse at our own pace with no pressure, but was able to answer any questions we had! Once we'd decided on our car he was extremely helpful in talking us through the next steps and detailing exactly what was going to be done to the car in prep. We ended up having to delay pick up but they were extremely accomodating with great communication through WhatsApp. I'd highly recommend buying a car from here due to the exceptional customer service experienced, feeling like they went above and beyond what I was expecting, through out the whole process, as well as our car being prepared to a very high standard for us for collection. Thank you Luis!

Luis was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They didn't actually have the vehicle listed that we really wanted, but just by having a conversation, we ascertained that they had just taken delivery of a vehicle that matched our requirements. As such we actually saw the vehicle at its worst prior to it being sorted for collection. The vehicle was presented very well on collection day and Luis continued his fantastic customer service. 5* I would recommend.

Great friendly and helpful staff with great after sales care. My car had a water leak issue but the warranty had just expired. However the repair was still carried out free of charge. Very pleased with the service provided and attitude of both Dean and Louie.

Today I collected my Punto from compact, Dean and Lewis were a massive help and done a fantastic job overall, I left the forecourt with Tax, 2 air fresheners and a thank you pack with sweet treats and a few cleaning cloths.

They left no questions unanswered as I wanted to know as much as possible about the car.

The team down in Compact are so good at what they do and I’m so happy about my purchase and the people that helped me, I couldn’t recommend Compact Cars and Vans enough but definitely will not be buying a car off anyone else but these guys.
