Unsolicited contact used to sell 'business' contracts to private consumers to dodge the 'no cooling off period', no mention of this in the sales call, this is misrepresentation and mis-selling, at best. These people should not be allowed to trade and I intend to do everything I can to stop them. They are absolutely not genuine and if they call, put the phone down. Block the number. I did reach out, as did many others but you continue to 'stick by your methods'

I got a new phone through Compare The Networks and they sorted me and the Mrs out a Zflip and Zfold. Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first but lo and behold the phones arrived in 2 days! Cheers Aaron for sorting this out

Upgraded my family . Also had additional SIM cards chucked in can't fault in anyway .highly recommended

Outstanding Support from Josh and the team

I had been struggling with some frustrating network issues, and Josh went above and beyond to get everything sorted. He was patient, professional, and explained each step clearly so I actually understood what was going on. What really impressed me was how quickly he identified the problem and found a solution — no wasting time, just straight to the fix.

Josh turned what could have been a stressful experience into something smooth and stress-free. Honestly, if every support rep was like him, dealing with tech would never feel overwhelming. Thank you, Josh — you’re a credit to the team! 🙌

Women who called me was rude when I asked for the company website she said it's literally the name of the company I've just given you. If you're trying telephone sales I suggest a little more work on your opening being sassy and rude gets you know where wouldn't recommend will now never use them.

After the wonderful service provided to my partner by Compare the Network, I decided to give them a go. The salesperson, was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. Sadly, the Aftersales team were rude and unhelpful, to the point of effectively calling me a liar and laughing at me. After trying to cancel my deal and dealing with this company, I can only say that this company are a bunch of scammers and say do NOT use this company

I would highly recommend the services of both Hannah in accounting and Aaron
The latter rang me 5years ago and helped my business save money. Both have been very helpful with the professional mannerism on the telephone dealing with my enquiries.
Hannah has been efficient and responsive with the manner in which she helped. It was a pleasure speaking to her.

Jack was very polite and friendly. He helped me decide on what phone was best for me. Highly recommend them.

Have dealt with Jack from the beginning and he has been exceptional. He helped me through the whole thing which would have taken a lot of patience. Can’t praise him highly enough Penny Hooper

Not Happy
I originally I was sold a cheaper 3 contract for an area where there is zero 3 coverage even if the website falsely said there was....at this point they out me on a O2 sim which worked fine but it took me months before I realised I wasn't on a unlimited like my provious compnay who was Daisy.......so now I was paying more for less and I was now stuck in a contract with Compare the Networks.com......I was then offered a Dongle for £15 a month but it turns out I'm actually paying out £35.49 a month.
So basically with Daisy I was paying I £40 a month for a sim with unlimited dater and paying for the phone.....now with Compare I pay £80 a month for sim and data using the phone I bought with Daisy......
Do I feel conned? Yes I do?
Was I sold a product with false information? Yes I was.
Would I have been better off not dealing with Compare? Yes I would.
Would I advise anyone to use Compare the network.com? No I would not......and some of the positive reviews look like paid ones on fake profiles.

Spoke with 2 lovely gentlemen and really had a great experience with Josh , so simple, quick and easy. I was about 1 question away from proposing to him he did everything so smooth and quick. Knocked out 2 problems with 1 call. Thanks Josh and team

Fantastic experience from Start to finish. Very fast switch from my current provider to my new. Great price too and willing to discuss best options for me. Would highly recommend and use again

I was conned into paying for 5 new phones on a business contract so had to pay vat on top of my bills which wasn’t clearly stated when I took out my contract with them. I am not a business I work for a company. They said they would undercut EE as I pay for 5 phones for my whole family but now my monthly bill is £100 more than my previous one with EE.

Sales Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable
Always called back at pre arrange time
Sorted out all my requirements and a great deal

Well, what can I say ? Aarron was just so helpful, He dealt with my problem so efficiently and pleasantly.
Very patient helpful & friendly but also professional.
So delighted with the service I received which is a rarity theses days!

Great job and customer service

Courtney and Aaron were excellent in getting me sorted with what I needed. They were tenacious in walking me through each step and reaching a conclusion. I think being able to communicate via WhatsApp is a real game changer!

Started off as a random cold call ended up as 2 new phones…

Got the initial call from Bryan that had great energy and just said what they offer without being annoying or pushy which is a nice refresher for this type of service.

Got forwarded to Crystal after. One of the warmest people I spoke to in a while, very good mixture of humour and professionalism that ended up resulting in a great offer. Got pretty much a package that’s worth about 2x what i had already and 2 new phones for a whopping 40£ extra to what I was already paying. Makes no sense I know, but Crystal did it… Puzzles me how, but she did!

Would highly recommend!
