Purchase was great products are great delivery very poor. Asked to call on the morning to get a rough guide of delivery was told about 10:00am after chasing 3 times eventually arrived at 16:15pm wasted a whole day waiting in .... Be more realistic on your times

Good morning, having looked into your order it was always going to be at the end of the run and therefore in the afternoon, I can only assume there was some misunderstanding when you called, we will always try and give as accurate an estimation and the best time for this is when the vehicle is loaded and has left, this is usually by 8:30am, I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you we would not deliberately give such an unrealistic delivery estimate.

Good proces, helpful staff, speedy delivery. Can't speak highly enough.
The delivery driver had to wait 15 minutes for my fiancé who was decorating with headphones on to answer the door, he phoned me, I phoned her, he was great about it all, very calm and cheerful.

I saw your ad on eBay and liked your price, ordered straightaway and it was confirmed by email next day.i was asked to contact delivery to confirm when it was convenient for you to deliver. I then realized that I might not be there so phoned to changed delivery address, there was no messing about and it was changed immediately and arrived at my customers address on time with the driver phoning 45 mins before delivery.
You are a no head ache company thank you

Had numerous problems with other radiator supply companies (twice delivered on wrong days - wasted 2 days waiting for them to turn up and impossible to work out where the items were until they were returned to the depo). None of this with compass. They were delivered on time and easy to communicate with the delivery driver once they had left the depo.

The items I ordered were out of stock. This info was only passed on to me when I phoned to find out time of delivery. They still had not received stock 2 weeks after original delivery date so arranged for delivery direct from another source. This arrived the next day
