Order dealt with quickly but delivery takes a few more days. So when order is urgent, give it a few more days.

Bought one vertical and two horizontal radiators, very good quality kick out lots of heat will be toasty this winter!. Would recommend to anyone buying new radiators and the service was very efficient.

Radiator I wanted was out of stock they got it over from belvedere, slight problem cause driver forgot it but he went back and got it and they rang me so I could pick it up. Had to wait a while at shop to be served but they are very busy so this is understandable.

I picked up 3 radiators from the avonmouth depot 1 of the radiators they never had so they upgraded the radiator for free!
Also the guy on the front desk was a top bloke and catered for all my needs.

my plumber recommended this company, he made us a list of items needed, I placed my order on line and within a couple of days was delivered and placed in garage to await fitting. haven't got the boiler installed yet , but I am not anticipating any problems.

Driver was on time polite and we contacted head office and got Bank Details paid direct into account give driver a copy of proof of payment couldn't have been easier

Am happy with the quality of the goods, but the delivery service was diabolical , it took 3 delivery dates from ultra finnshing to deliver only to find they had forgotten to send the legs for the bath, they were sent out to me within 2 days only to find that all the nuts were missing, i ended up going to b&q to buy what i needed, not impressed .

Ordered the Boiler and it was delivered as described now installed and working great. I would recommend!!

We were pleased with our purchase from Compass Plumbing, we ordered a towel rail, small radiator for the office and a large radiator for the lounge. Our plumber came last week and installed them and was surprised when we told him how little we paid for them. We are looking to extend our property and will certainly come back to Compass for the radiators.

The product was as described, it was delivered on schedule as promised by a very helpful driver.
