Miserable scam. Trainline should be chased legally for scamming its customers being associated with completesave. Had to spend 1 hour on the phone on a Saturday morning to get cancelled a subscription I never applied for. They should be closed legally for fraud!

This company have been taking out £18 from my account every month for 5 months, totalling to £90 and i had only found out by checking my bank statement, which as an teenager wouldnt check as often. I am expecting a full refund as it was very misleading and shocking, causing much chaos for me.

My daughter, who is a student, got conned by this “company”. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards for them to investigate. Hopefully their sharp practices will be stopped soon.

My husband has just had £18 taken from his bank account by these scam artists today. He did not sign up for this and had no idea a subscription had been set up. Upon checking it appears to be linked to the Moonpig website. Beware. Have notified the bank and managed to cancel 'account' on the website.

Complete scam artists. Never clearly sign up, no membership number ever provided and refuse to cancel. A complete con.

Trainline should be ashamed of themselves being associated with these con men. Appears I signed up unwittingly while purchasing a train ticket. Been charging me £18 a month for something I didn't know I had and when I found out from my bank statements I immediately cancelled and was told that's fine but I will carry on paying until February 2026. Shocking misleading company. Shame on you Trainline and I have removed your app!

I am a German Citizen visited UK (London) for just 4 days in May 2025. I have just noticed that completesave.co.uk is charging my card 18 £ every month and saw my previous statements and saw they charged from June 2025 (8 months) totalling to an amount of 144 £. I have never opted for their services or use their services and as said came to UK on visit purpose.
I have never agreed to pay anything to them, ever, never...so I'll be expecting a immediate cancellation and complete refund for this fraudulent action ASAP

Taken money out of my child's account, when she hasn't signed up to anything

Just found 4 transactions in my 14 year old daughter’s bank account from this company. As it’s not considered legal for a 14 year old to set up a subscription in UK, I have requested a refund. They should not be allowed to use such underhand methods to sign people up which don’t allow them to make the necessary checks on age or vulnerability status. She was spending birthday money from her Grandma online and has now lost £72. Be extremely careful about clicking on links and the partner websites should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such practices to take place on their brand websites.

What an utterly disgusting, immoral, underhand, and very sly company. I've had £18 taken out today for absolutely nothing, I must unknowingly signed up to something whilst purchasing online.
I've tried my best to contact them online but to no avail, it states my connection is down but everything is working fine. I don't know how companies like this lot survive or are allowed to trade.
I'm contacting my bank and I will get my money back from you lot Rest Assured!!
I couldn't work for a company like this, I bet there are thousands of decent people unwittingly signed up and panicking about payments taken out.
Absolutely sly, disrespectful, and totally wrong!!
To be totally fair I called the customer service department again and eventually got through to a very helpful lady who cancelled my subscription and refunded me. If I'm not actually refunded I'll update again!!👍

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS OUTFIT! I think I must have been signed up via Trainline app, they then charged £18/month for doing nothing at all.

Scumbag scam artists who say its all in the terms of which they very sneakily hide that theyll charge you 18 pounds 2 to 4 days into your 30 day free trial( ironic ) they just want your money. Dont use them, let em die out . Scum of the earth. Go out of business you inhuman pile of excrement
