Trainline should be ashamed of themselves being associated with these con men. Appears I signed up unwittingly while purchasing a train ticket. Been charging me £18 a month for something I didn't know... See more

One star as I don’t know the resolution yet!
Just noticed £18 has been taken from my bank account, please return my money as I’ve never used this service let alone willingly set it up!
Thank you

Scam I've no idea who these people are and I certainly didn't set up a recurring DD . I'll be reporting this to the police fraud team and Santander first thing in the morning. Disgraceful. Swiss based scam

Can't give less than 1 star. Absolute day light robbery; £18 per month scam legalised by fine print. Don't sign up and definitely don't give them your details.
Sick and tired of companies like this taking advantage of consumers and making a living out of doing so.
If you're happy with the service you provide to customers for £18 per month. Then why don't you openly include the monthly fees in your adverts or pop ups?

Complete Savings, is actually very good. Most people just do not read what they are signing up for, I earnt almost £800 from this! They do debit off £18 every month, but they do return it if you complete the monthly bonus.!

This is a money stealing scam - officially sponsored by Trainline and Argos . Beware of clicking on the clickbait after you make a booking by trainline - they duped many people of hundreds of pounds by unethically get their credit card to sign up for direct debits .
EDIT - I ve written to the customer care team and still waiting for the full resolution. Will wait and update the review once fully resolved

I am sharing my personal experience to clearly explain how CompleteSave operates, as many people do not understand where this monthly charge comes from. After making a purchase on the LookFantastic website, a “cashback” offer appeared immediately after checkout and looked like part of LookFantastic rather than a separate third-party offer. CompleteSave partners with LookFantastic and many other well-known websites, using the same post-checkout offers. Initially, only an email address was requested, with no clear or upfront warning that this would result in a paid £18 monthly subscription. This is how people get caught – they believe they are still dealing with a trusted website like LookFantastic, not signing up for a separate paid service. These CompleteSave practices appear deliberately misleading and rely on customer confusion rather than clear and honest consent. It is an aggressive subscription model that exploits people’s trust in well-known brands and the checkout moment, when customers least expect hidden monthly charges. I use this card only for online shopping and keep no funds on it, so the payment was declined, but if funds had been available, the money would have been taken without any warning. For people in a difficult financial situation, an unexpected £18 charge could mean losing their last money – money needed for transport or even food. After reading other reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolated case, and I am sharing this to warn others.

Never signed up to complete business and they took £126 altogether from April-December

I never signed up for Complete Save and never gave permission for any charges. Money has been taken from my account without my consent. I have no access to any services and no idea what this company even is.
This is outright fraud. I have contacted my bank and reported this as a fraudulent transaction. Complete Save should be shut down.

I definitely have never visited completesave.co.uk and wouldn’t have signed up to any sort of free trial. You must be piggy backing off a site I’ve ordered from?! Double triple checked all my emails and nothing relating to this company either but somehow you’re taking money out of my account. The replies to others say they would have signed up but I know I 100% haven’t

I never signed up for this and now i see my credit card has been debited every month for £18! They have taken £180 from me.

AVOID - They have scammed me for nearly £100. How are they allowed to do this? I have never used this website before... I am absolutely fuming.
I can't imagine how many poor elderly / disabled they are scamming each month... no shame!

So every one including my wife has the same story of never signing up for this scheme have no idea what the scheme is and have nothing to show that they are in this scheme or how to access any of its benefits.
Total scammers and they deserve to be closed down.
Have contacted our Bank and they are investigating this fraud for us. What’s the betting we don’t get any money back.

Been struggling with mental health for a few years now, so not been on top of my finances, amongst other things. So today I finally started to look at where I was at, only to find this monthly payment of £18 every month since last December! I have no knowledge of it, never heard of it, and they’ve been siphoning money out of my account for 12 months. I’ve now blocked payments and cancelled my so called subscription! It’s disgusting!!
