Computer Rehab is a family run business and has been based in Stevenage for the past 15 years providing expert support for the home computer user. We can now also provide Video to Digital copying and converting. If you have old VHS tapes you can no longer watch we can convert them to modern formats and enable you to view them on your TV, Ipad, Phone, etc. Ken and Julie have over 35 years of experience in the computer industry including education, corporate IT and home support. We run the business from home, this enables us to keep costs down and therefore keep our prices down. As well as business partners Julie and I are husband and wife. We work closely with a number of other business's, if you have an issue we do not cover it is highly likely we can recommend an alternate company. If you have a problem with your computer, phone, tablet and want friendly jargon free advice call us for a chat.

Extremely impressed
I had been told it was not possible to access and transfer/delete all the hundreds of emails "stuck" for years in my old Outlook account (which I still need to work on) without an annoying rectangle popping up with each click asking for a password. After reading a great many reviews I chose Ken and he sorted it, together with a number of other issues regarding back-up, Paypal, passwords, Gmail problems, cookies and the battery. Thank you Ken for making the impossible possible.

Laptop was not charging
Laptop was not charging. Ken identified the problem but stated it required intricate motherboard work and gave me a suitable contact.
