Computer Rehab is a family run business and has been based in Stevenage for the past 15 years providing expert support for the home computer user. We can now also provide Video to Digital copying and converting. If you have old VHS tapes you can no longer watch we can convert them to modern formats and enable you to view them on your TV, Ipad, Phone, etc. Ken and Julie have over 35 years of experience in the computer industry including education, corporate IT and home support. We run the business from home, this enables us to keep costs down and therefore keep our prices down. As well as business partners Julie and I are husband and wife. We work closely with a number of other business's, if you have an issue we do not cover it is highly likely we can recommend an alternate company. If you have a problem with your computer, phone, tablet and want friendly jargon free advice call us for a chat.

I have worked with Ken Fish of Computer Rehab for some 10 years, mainly with my small business, but also my personal computer. He is an extremely honourable and knowledgeable man with much experience and vast patience. Not only will he tackle laptop and desktop problems he will also assist me with "Word" / "Excel" procedures that I have forgotten how to proceed with.
He will always speedily respond to my queries. As I live between UK and Ireland, Ken has set up a "Remote Access" to my equipment, so he can always assist, wherever I am. Ken kindly checked the diagnostics only to find that it had been infected with a serious virus that if he had not fixed could have cost me huge sums of money in the future if not found.
The professionalism of this company was outstanding, the charge was extremely adequate for the time Ken spent dealing with this issue and it was a REAL pleasure dealing with him.
Without doubt i will be calling Computer Rehab first if i have any future issues with my PC/ Computers.
