I have been incontinent with neurological problems for over 20 years. I have tried every NHS and commercial continence pads and, more recently, pants; including ones that cost twice the price. Believe me these are the best and are competitively priced against supermarkets and a big retail chemist. They are comfortable, fit well ( I am a big girl) and do not leak.

Remarkeably swift turnaround of orders, excellent performance of the product, in line with the companies claims, and very good value. I offered a thought on a possible minor improvement regarding fit, and had an immediate positive response.

Items were reliably delivered, I received a photo of the delivery each time. Most importantly, when I had a request, one of your lovely staff members, Peter, immediately replied and took care of everything.

I order nappies from ConfidenceClub for my son Elliot, who has severe autism and is unable to use the toilet. While the products themselves are good and customer service is polite and helpful, the delivery service they use (Evri) is a huge letdown.

Two orders in a row have failed to be delivered. Each time, replacements had to be sent—but again, they were sent via Evri, and this time the replacement has also gone missing. I’m now left without essential supplies for my son, and I’m incredibly frustrated.

This isn’t just an inconvenience—it has a real impact on our daily life. Until they stop using such an unreliable courier, I won’t be ordering from ConfidenceClub again, which is a real shame.

The jury is out on whether these are up to the standard of those I’ve been using. Initially I’m not convinced but as I’ve got hundreds of them now, I’ll persevere and see how we go.

The Confidence Club has proven to be a lifesaver for me, ever since my surgery, especially close to surgery and immediately after when I was having the most trouble. Always delivered discreetly in record time, their products are high quality, rivalling those of better known brands. Add to that, that their prices are very reasonable, again compared to well known brands, and I won't go anywhere else. Can't praise Confidence Club enough!

The bed pads are super soft and so are the pull ups!
We didn’t like the blue pants as they look like knickers with a sanitary pad in!not a good look for a man!
