The product is good, ordering on the website is difficult. One has to find how to order in stirling and not dollars

I have urge incontinence.

When I leaked the confitex pad continued to feel wet for a long time. Sometimes the confitex pad was not sufficient and my jeans got a bit wet. I usually use a disposable pad which feels almost dry after a leak, and will safely contain a lot more urine than this confitex product.

Perhaps a more absorbent confitex product would deal with the problem of jeans getting wet, but I suspect the pad would still feel wet against me.

The knickers were a bit tight around the waist, and a bit loose around the legs.
There was no friction.

The product is excellent, just that bit of confidence when necessary. Just a shame they are so expensive.

Very prompt delivery. Comfortable to wear but if in doubt about watst size choose the larger one. Only just got them but think they will be a good investment. So good not to be concious of "that" smell.

Please beware when dealing with this company. I recently ordered two pairs of briefs, using their size chart, they arrived beautifully boxed, but when I opened one of the boxes I could see they were much too big, I didn't even need to try on. Obviously, I didn't even need to open the second box, just filled in the returns form and sent back and waited for my refund, a couple of days later I received an email stating that I can only be refunded for the pair that hadn't been opened, I am still trying to work out how you can tell if a garment is suitable without opening the box! I did reply to the email, but to no avail, and yes I am still waiting for the promised refund!

Amazing service. I am expecting my parcel by 9am tomorrow but the help, advice and kindness on the phone was exceptional.
