Thought I'd try this on a whim after spending a fortune on pads, I couldnt believe how comfortable these were, and so stylish I feel like a woman again. With the discreet packaging I had no worries about the anyone discovering my secret. Would happily order again.

First time buyer and the service received was excellent. The product was exactly what was wanted. Would buy again.

Simple ordering and good delivery. Prompt response to query. Absorbency works well.
I would have preferred that the types of fabrics from which the garment is made were shown on the website, as I was surprised to find that all the non-padded area was at least 90% polyester - which may not be comfortable in a hot climate and create more friction. I had assumed that cotton would have been used more.

Very comfortable and nice quality.

Not really suffering from incontinence (yet!) but delighted to have found the moderate absorbency garments which provide such support for a minor prolapse.

I have only just order some ladies underwear and if they are as good as the purchasing them then i expect them to be excellent value for money. The ordering is so simple and the explanation of the underwear is excellant i cant wait for them to arrive so i can try them out

I ordered some pants over the phone and was pleased with the replies and helpful information. They arrived promptly but unfortunately I judged them to be too small. On phoning confitexx I was helped to return them and promised larger replacements. The service was first class in all respects.

Finally discreet sexy underwear for ladies who suffer with incontinence. I have been wearing the various brands of disposable incontinence underwear for years and while yes they do their job they look bloody awful. I am only 31 and so don't want to give up looking and feeling as nice as possible. I have 1 pair of the boyfriend type shorts and 2 pairs of the higher wasted pants. They feel so nice and look amazing I didn't tell my other half about them until he saw them on me, I was wearing the black lace at the time, he couldn't believe they were not only incontinence pants but the fact they can be washed!! They are a total win win! They only down side is I found the sizes to come up a little small, so definitely go up a size. Other than that 5*'s. Thank you Confitex.

I have found the company pleasant to deal with and prompt in their response to my order. Unfortunately it seems that my husband requires a greater degree of absorbency in the underwear than is available at present. I note that a garment with greater absorbency will become available in the new year.

Ordered x2 pairs for my husband to see how they'd work and they were so good I've ordered another x4 pairs. At least during the day his dignity is spared and he seems to be comfortable in them.

Goods arrived in two days and seem to be suitable for purpose. Hope the6 are as good after washing.

I have purchased pants for my husband who is beginning to have some continence issues from time to time. These pants have provided a relief from the worry of not getting to the loo on time and the embarrassment associated with that.
