HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! What a huge waste of money. The data is so old and useless it's ridiculous. Even FREE Zillow was 95% more accurate when it came to listed pre-foreclosures. One PIN pre-foreclosure campaign gave me 56 leads. 54 of them were no longer active. The majority of those 54 were between 8 months to a year old. So many were already sold at auction, rehabbed by investor, sold on MLS, and new owner living there. PIN showed them as leads. So many many vacants PINS showed as leads, were not! I drove by all the ones near me. Every single one was occupied. I stopped to speak with some occupants. Some had been living there for up to a year. All their leads are complete garbage and they should be ashamed for being so dishonest. Lucky I was making payments. They took me for $397 for one month. Oh yes!!!!! The free skip tracing is a scam. They use free white pages and the skip tracing data they provide needs to be skip traced. I had a skip traced email address and phone number and name given to me for 8 different houses in 8 different cities. Out of curiosity I did my homework. That info was not associated with any of those houses. But I guess it was easy for them to just provide any info.
I called and called them but no response. They never called me back. I left messages where they promised on VM to call me back, never did!
I finally got an email basically justifying and defending their data. But they offered no solution, no phone call, or no refund. I emailed back again with my concerns about HORRIBLE data, no phone call back, and HORRIBLE customer service. Well I just got a response a week later from some guy with a title. AGAIN, he offered no solutions, help, explanations, or a refund. He told me I can call back if I have concerns. Why would I call if they don't answer or return calls. But the biggest laugh of this email was he gave me 2 separate links stating I can go to if I wanted to change my review on their site.
I was not going to post on Google and just call it a loss. However, that last email really upset me. They offered no help, call, solution, or refund, but they offered for me to change my horrible review.
I don't want any newbie to get ripped off as I did. I don't complain or do reviews. I usually just suck it up as a loss, but they are an absolute joke. I have so so many more examples, but this is long enough.
