Steer well clear of the company and their owner, clearly out of his depth and ruined what should have been the trip of a lifetime for many of my friends.

Seville would be a huge challenge for any travel company no matter how well funded and experienced the staff were, this company just did not have the capability to handle it.

I’m writing this to squash the fake reviews below and to put the record straight.

As many people who travelled on the trip to Seville know, I originally set out to fill an aircraft for FELLOW Rangers supporters, on my own on a flight only basis however, the initial demand for seats on the aircraft didn’t match with those willing to make payment. It was at this stage Conor had seen what I was attempting to do and reached out to assist with his travel background and make sure Rangers fans got to Seville.

Throughout the week we had been working hard to receive confirmation of slots at both GLA and SVQ. On numerous occasions we were advised by the charter company “Yes you have a slot from GLA to SVQ”. With the confident response that we were given, and based on the huge amount of messages still requesting seats, we then decided to put a 2nd aircraft on sale. Again we were advised that this would also be flying in to SVQ from GLA. The only time this changed for both flights was less than 24 hours prior to departure which left the option of cancel both flights completely, meaning no one got to Seville, or arrange transfers to and from the airports at short notice and make sure the flights operated. Conor received confirmation from a transfer company in Spain that they could provide the 16 coaches required there and back, therefore the flights operated.

In terms of the transfers, these were all confirmed and with hours to go we received notice from the transfer company that they were unable to fulfil the requirements of one sector (XRY-Seville) and then again later in the day a separate email advising that the transfer company couldn’t fulfil the return sector. This was completely out with the control of Conor, or indeed myself. Let’s be clear here, if this wasn’t Rangers vs Frankfurt, of which both clubs had a massive fan following in Seville, then coaches or minibuses would have been easy to come by at short notice. Unfortunately, no other transfers could be sourced and please make no mistake of the effort that was put in to attempting to source them.

Could things have been done differently, of course, however this is being rectified.

Let’s look at some facts, as there is plenty of fake information in the below reviews:
Conor HAS provided refunds to anyone who has made him aware of any additional costs incurred due to the lack of transfers in resort.
Conor HAS paid for individuals that missed the flight to get back home.
Conor HAS sent an email to every passenger to advise of how to receive a refund for any costs incurred due to the transfers.

Sadly, Conor is now being targeted by individuals that didn’t book or travel. Conor is receiving death threats, threats of violence and also people turning up to his home all due to a specific fans forum that all Rangers fans will be well aware of. On this specific fans forum one person has said “Every bear involved should get on trip advisor or trust pilot and expose the vermin.” Another said “ I see he’s had his pals leaving 5 star reviews to build his rating back up. No problem, I didn’t go but have left a 1 star review. That’s how it works isn’t it?”
This should give you an idea why most of the reviews below are fake, they all stem from the same fans forum. Have a look for yourself, Google will show you.

Conor has done nothing but attempt to get Rangers fans to Seville for the final. Everyone got there in plenty of time and back in safe hands, however the abuse that he’s now receiving is all down to one thing and one thing only, the football team he supports.

Big waste of money.

Absolute shambles, don’t give this cowboy your money. Illegal practices, broken promises and nowhere to be found.

Made a complete dog's mess of organising a trip for supporters travelling to Seville and now has his so called friends leaving irrelevant posts in his support. Read the true facts, this guy should be no where near the travel industry.

This completely useless scumbag has lied to thousands and taken money under false pretences. Unprofessional and weak minded with no idea how to conduct any form of business whatsoever. Poor communication and a highly inflated but completely unwarranted opinion of his own capabilities. The cowboy should hope we never meet face to face.

Full trip was a shambles and I'm lead to believe 2 passengers ended up on the plane who weren't on the manifest which is quite clearly illegal

Shambles from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. The 5* reviews are from his pals trying to keep his business afloat, the poor reviews are from people who actually went on the trips. Please dont be fooled. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Morally bankrupt company and owner, trust the other 5 star "reviews" if you want they are all false its clear to see. Stranded multiple times this company are so far out of their depth I wouldn't book a holiday to blackpool with them.

Honestly, please use another company. This company/young boy is outrageously bad. Save yourself the hassle and use another company. Not surprised there’s discussion of legal action against this boy. The false 5 star review talking about Celtic show you the professionalism of the company.

Gave one star as this is the lowest you could give to review, he deserved zero!! I’m in my 60’s this trip to seville will be my last trip to see my team in europe due to my age.. from the moment booking it was a shambles, he wouldn’t take card only instant bank transfer, took 48 hours to even confirm he received my £959… from the get go it was frightening , airport times sent into an unauthorised group chat, changed my flight from Glasgow to prestwick , i signed up to this expensive option as it was advertised as direct to seville, this is not what i was give .., we got changed to fly into jerez at last minute when i was sleeping the night of the flight trying to get the head down… transfers were promised again then cancelled last minute i got stranded in seville on way back ended up paying €600 to get to airport just made my flight shambles felt like i didn’t enjoy the day as constant let down txt’s from conor

Where do I start with this joke off a company

Paid over the odds to go on charter flight 1 Glasgow direct to Seville the communication was a joke departure time changes umpteen times
Wrong airport showing on departure board then boarding pass showed Malaga complete farce

Then informed flight going to Jerez but don’t worry we will put on buses another lie so had to fork out 140 euro on a taxi but don’t worry again guys return transfer all ok to then be told at 4.00pm no transfer but if you wAnt to pay another 75 quid each we can get another bus no thanks Conor you have ripped us off enough

Then had to find a taxi who would take us not ideal with my 70 year old father shambles from start to finish and this rat bag had the cheek to get nippy in an whatttsapp chat that only he could post in

I will be taking this further as you have lied and Mis sold

I also expect a full refund for both transfers amounting to 280 euro

I have booked a number of trips with Conor and he has always made it so easy and hassle free, especially during Covid when things were up in the air and holidays were getting cancelled left, right and centre due to covid restrictions. I have also recommended him to my family and friends and when they had to make changes to their travel plans he has been more than accommodating and helpful. Its a shame to see the 1* reviews as lots of the problems were out with his control and they are not a fair reflection on the service he gives. Have seen in various rangers forums people encouraging other people to leave reviews when they didn't even travel with Conor to try and ruin his reputation and suggesting he did this on purpose because he is a Celtic fan. Knowing Conor personally this is not the case and I would continue to recommend and book all my future trips with him.

Conor, a good Celtic man, organised a fantastic trip to Seville, everyone landed safe and the red carpet was laid on to ensure a seemless transfer to the heart of the fantastic city.

Whilst the result of the match didn’t go as hoped for some, this should not detract from the fantastic travel put on by Conor. Thank you sir.

Why all the 5 star reviews now? Very strange.

Read below for plenty of reviews from clearly raging bigots. It’s not CC travels fault rangers lost their big game but anyway.

I would urge anyone to read the 40 previous reviews for an accurate representation of CC Travel.
