We think you may be confusing us with another company or financial institution. We are not a bank and have never merged with one. Besides offering financial counseling, we only provide debt management programs where we help negotiate your interest rates lower and place you a payment plan to get out of debt faster. Waste of time…
I returned a call from someone at Consolidated Credit who contacted me this evening and left a message for me to call back at 888-355-1037. When I called back I got a recorded message saying that “my counselor” was not available, so I was told to press 2 for another counselor. I did so but the person who answered told me that they were not the person who was my counselor and they didn’t have time to speak with me at this time, 7:13 PM on Thursday, Juneteenth.
After I hung up the call I found that I had received an email from someone named Carey (?) who asked me to call back at 844-235-4316. I called them back and the person who answered told me that “my counselor” was not available and suggested they call me back next Monday. Disappointed, I hung up the phone after I told him, thank you but I won’t be available next Monday.
I have no idea how this company got such a favorable Trust Pilot rating. I could not rate them at all because they weren’t available to help me.
Don’t waste your time completing their online review because more than likely you will be wasting your time.
This review will likely be refuted. If it is I will write another one until it is accepted and posted.
