Debt consolidation
The initial contact with Consolidated Credit was great. I advised of the three outstanding bills that were to be consolidated. This took place January 2025. Only two of the three debtors got back to Consolidated Credit. They prepared the plan and advised me of the payments, without hearing back from the third company. Consolidated Credit did not follow up with the third and final company, fortunately I did this myself, at which time I was advised that they were not participating in the program instead they were suing me.
I call CC in March of 2025, at that time the rep reached out to the third company and were advised the same as myself. They completely failed me and put me in a worse position.
I no longer wish to use the services of CC and have requested that they cancel my contact with them as a matter of urgency and refrain from taking funds out of my account.
I would not recommend them.

While we understand your frustration, we hope you understand that we cannot compel creditors to take part in our program and they are not obligated to respond to us or negotiate if they do not want to.
When you were first enrolling, we did notify you that there was the possibility the one creditor would not be willing to work with us. We did reach out to them multiple times in attempts to change their mind but it was unfortunately unsuccessful.
Upon reading this review we reached out to you about expediting your cancellation. We wish you the best moving forward and hope your financial journey is successful!

They took care of it
I was lucky that a lender passed my info to Consolidated once they determined they couldn't consolidate my credit card debt. I wasn't trusting at first and called back the number on official website and it was in fact the same person handling my case. After I paid the small fee, a week later they deducted the monthly low paydown fee and contact both credit cards to settle and close my cards.. i am watching the debt balances slowly go down with 1 payment and saving a lot on interest...

I had too many debts when I retired was…
I had too many debts when I retired was not able to cover all the payments I dint have money left for food since I joint Consolidated for the 2nd time to help me I'm doing fine and at my age 77 years old don't need the aggravation of not been able to pay my bills. THANKS CONSOLIDATED
