My husband passed away.
CCO helped me immensely. My husband passed away and had no life insurance. I needed loans because there was nowhere else to turn and because we did not prepare for burial expenses were due right then.

Absolutely horrible service from a gentleman named Craig. I just spoke with him about 3 minutes ago. I was giving him information on myself and situation. He proceeded to investigate my "living expenses". I took it very offensive for him to be asking me how I was able to live. I also noted I understand they don't want to set you up for failure but I let Craig know I wouldn't have called them and was interested in having a service with out paying. Craig has Absolutely no bed side manners. I pray for him and his disrespectful ways. Including hanging up the phone. All because I told him I was offended. Grow up Craig and be professional and don't hang up on people. Craig have a wonderful morning and giving me the reason NOT to choose this company

Great Customer Service!
So far everything is great. I had an issue but Consolidated Credit handle it in a very timely manner and resolved my issues that same day. Everyone one has been helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel due to Consolidated Credit I can get control of my debt situation and I am excited to be working with Consolidated Credit.
