Amazing experience at the consultant clinic.

I had my lips done for the first time on the 11th of March and all I can say is i at completely in love with them!
They were done by Dr. Jas who was so reassuring that I was in good hands, Kept asking if i was ok throughout the procedure, kind, easy to talk to and overall a lovely person.

I have had nothing but compliments on my lips about how natural they look and suit my face and they can’t all be wrong!

All in all I had an amazing experience so thank you. X

I went to Liverpool clinic to do my lips a month ago with Dr Jas.
I asked for a recheck appointment because after a month I still feeling some pressure and sometimes discomfort when I smile. Furthermore it is the first time I have done my lips so I am a bit concern and I just wanted them to be checked. I thought it is the normal thing to do when you received an aesthetic treatment, but apparently not in this practice.
I emailed them, because is impossible to contact them by phone. At the beginning I asked only for a recheck and they told me they don’t do it if the lips are ok. I emailed them back regarding the pressure I still feeling so they requested me pictures and told me the lips are ok. How are they going to check why I still feeling pressure without touch or seeing them???
That’s not the worse part of the story, they offered an appointment to recheck but paying consult fee !!! How is that possible after having paid nearly 400£ ???? How is possible they do not follow their cases? At least check once after the healing process to check results and see if everything is ok?
Very disappointed and unprofessional service.

I booked to have botox at the clinic in Liverpool after seeing some positive reviews on their instagram. On the day, I googled the clinic to find the location. I happened to stumble across their trust pilot reviews which left me alarmed. I raised it with their customer service rep, that I was concerned, to which I was told other clinics are faking profiles and leaving these reviews (?!?). I don't believe that for a second. I asked for a refund of my deposit to which I was told no, that this was agreed during booking. So long as they have your money they don't give a damn whether you found things worrying or alarming, they have your deposit and that's that. I imagine this has been done countless times. Don't waste your time and effort, they don't give second thought to your concerns as a patient. Go elsewhere, where youl find the respect you deserve as a paying customer.

Atrocious experience here. The clinic gave me lumpy hard lips, which I had to pay to remove at a more reputable practice.

Don't fall for the fancy instagram marketing. This clinic never manages to retain any of their doctors for long, at least 20 doctors/ dentist have entered and exited throughout the years. Huge red flag. Furthermore, the owner is not a pleasant person to deal with either.

I got my lips done today at consultant clinic London room 2 with Paul, he was Absolutely amazing, he was so welcoming, as soon as I walked in he made me feel so comfortable, He walked me through the whole procedure and kept asking me if I was okay throughout the treatment, I love my lips and it was worth every penny! I have next to no bruising at all and at my previous clinic I was black and blue! I’m soo soo thankful for the great service thanks paul!

Gutted to write this review as I’ve been before and had a great experience with the owner.
However I booked in after having my lips dissolved by them. You can’t see who your getting which is annoying.
Anyway 4pm on a Friday i turned up on time. Waited half hour so went to asked reception do they know I’m here. Lovely ladies on reception rang, he’s running late will be ten minutes. Fab, I ran back up and waited.
1h45 after my appointment time I’d had enough and had to leave. I went downstairs to tell them to ring him. Dr Gareth asked me wait he wanted to speak to me.
WOW was he a rude man. Basically had an attitude and told me he had a nervous patient and what she wanted took longer, he couldn’t rush her etc etc. I seen the patient leave her face was frozen to death! There was no way she’d never had a needle in it before! I didn’t really need the excuses I just wanted to leave and get my money back.
I tried ringing, emailing and left messages not heard anything off them. So I basically spent £60 to see a professional with an attitude.
This place is higher priced than anywhere else and I expect the customer service to reflect this as well!

Awful clinic. I went for a tear trough filler and then they refused to do that and instead give me cheek fillers. I have asked 4 other doctors from different clinics if the fillers have been placed properly, and they’ve all said that the filler has been placed too high on my cheek and it’s emphasised my hollow eyes even more. Not what I was wanting. I paid over 1k for these fillers and when I told them my issues, they stated that they don’t see anything wrong with them and if I wanted them dissolved i would have to pay. It’s the only clinic I’ve heard of that offers bad after care. They didn’t even ask me to go in to assess me properly, just looked at a picture. In the picture it was more than evident that what they had done had made my eyes look even worse.
They charge over 3x the amount of other clinics and you have to pay for it to get dissolved yourself. They don’t offer after care -bad practice.
I really advice you to think twice about going here. It was my first time, so I’ve really no hidden agenda for this review other than writing an honest experience.

Wish you could all write the name of the Dr who did your work. I had my lips done by Dr Devine and they looked amazing. He was so talented, don’t blame him for leaving that overrated company. I had 2mls with Dr Devine and got my third one with Dr. Gareth due the lockdown and the travel restrictions.

Dr Gareth messed my lips. Wish I could show you pictures. I had to dissolve them and get them done somewhere else that I won’t recommend either. I am waiting to dissolve them again and find a good place to get them done.

I would like to say that in my case, I won’t recommend Dr Gareth but I don’t know about the other doctors.

Booked in for tear trough filler..was seen by Dr. Jas at the Liverpool clinic and she said they wont give anyone tear trough without mid face filler (ideally 1ml on each side)..There is absolutely no mention of this on any of their instagram posts or when booking for tear trough..But naively, having travelled nearly an hour and having paid a booking fee (I think around £40) I said OK and subsequently booked in for tear trough 4 weeks later..The mid face filler didn’t make any visible difference after the swelling had gone down..I then went back for the tear trough filler and the results were OK but what I initially thought was swelling never went down and now I look like I have a constant black eye..I’m not sure weather it’s down to migration or what but I have paid just short of 1.5k for this..IT SHOULD BE RIGHT FIRST TIME!!!!I have emailed them and they've asked me to send them pictures but I’m expecting them to find some excuse not to correct their bad work like they have done to 4 of my very close friends..We all believed the instagram hype but IT IS NOT A REALITY!!!
Also, as everyone has said-the owner is a nightmare..I hope she reads this-She is very rude and unprofessional, barged in while I was receiving treatment..Told me I needed mid face as well as tear trough and when I said I could only afford one or the other on the day, she looked at my bag and said-well if you can afford that bag, you can afford this surely??DON’T GIVE THIS OBNOXIOUS WOMAN YOUR MONEY!!!!She is a con artist and looks absolutely nothing like her instagram pictures, she is a MESS!!!!I actual wonder weather she can be sued for false advertising..
I believe the doctors are genuine and are well meaning but the owner I believe is a con artist and I hope she goes to jail as she is robbing hard working people like me and all the other customers of their hard earned money because of their insecurities..

Dont waste your money, they claim no bruising from cannula but i was very bruised. First time I have ever had a treatment with a clinic without a 2 week aftercare check too.

HIDEOUS customer service and mediocre results. I've used the consultant clinic for three years and received a tota of one dissolving treatment and four ml of lip filler in total so trust me, I've experienced them enough to know what I'm talking about. The first time I went and I met the owner. She was very abrasive and rude. She walked in on me while I was receiving treatment and struck up a random conversation about trivial stuff with the doctor while she had the needle in her hand. SO unprofessional! But because the clinic was on Harley Street and I'd travelled all the way from Bristol and I was paying so much money and the Instagram pics were so amazing I was almost cast under a spell of thinking "well, I've just got to put up with this because it's fancy and the best I've ever seen and I've invested so much to even get here so I need to love it!". The second, third and fourth times I attended the experience was similar. Rushed into the room, rushed consultation. One Doctor was being phoned by the owner during my treatment and he had to pause to go out the room to answer and text respond to her.... IN THE MIDDLE OF INJECTING ME!? But again I was like oh, this is just what I have to put up with cos it's 'the best' place and I almost didn't want to believe it myself that I was actually really unhappy with the service. That time when the doctor was on his phone the results were a bit wonky, but I knew I couldn't complain because any questions or complaints are always met with the same response. Wether it's about changing the time of your appointment or complaining about the results or asking them to fix something because I'd tried before. For the price you're paying you expect a) great results b) great service c) great after care. Instead they make you feel like a piece of trash on a conveyor belt. Don't believe the Instagram pics. Yes they're good injectors compared to the trash beauticians out there but results are nothing like the Instagram pics which are obviously edited. The doctors are well meaning but the owner is a nightmare and so they can't deliver the service they want to for their patients. You get better service from your HAIRDRESSER than you do from the CC and this is a MEDICAL certified service who are doing stuff to your FACE! If your hairdresser cocked up your hair, you'd be able to go back and I'm sure they'd be happy to fix to keep your custom.
READ THIS: Three of the previous doctors have left and created their own clinic where I've now started going! Their Instagram handle is signaturecliniclondon. GO TO THEM INSTEAD!!! I've just been to my first appointment and OH MY GOD... THAT was five star luxury aesthetic service!!! I'm actually looking forward to going back for my next appointment rather than dreading it!

I had my appointment on 8th October in Glasgow with Dr Zowie. I don’t really know where to begin with how brilliant the appointment was. This is the first time Ive had any kind of aesthetic treatment so I didn’t know what to expect. Dr Zowie was honest, kind and conscientious with her treatment and her manner and I couldn’t be any more grateful for this. She talked me through each step and what was happening and what would happen next and she didn’t rush me or make me feel pressured. The result is superb and I am so, so glad I chose CC. It IS pricey but you get what you pay for. I wanted natural looking lip filler and that is exactly what I got and I am ecstatic with the result.

Absolutely horrendous, went as believed was the best place to go. Have had white lump in my lip for a year now from filler that I was told would go with massaging and has never gone ruined my lips! Could not discourage someone enough.

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. I had been going to this place for years and every time I experienced migration. They told me it was just the way my lips are built but on their social media they clearly state that migration is due to the injector not knowing what they are doing…. :-/ they made me feel like there was nowhere else I could go but my friend let me know that out of the practitioners that left ( because the owner is crazy ) one of them had started her own clinic where she was able to use techniques that actually work.

I was hesitant to write this but if I can save an innocent person wasting their hard earned money going to this disgusting organisation (ran by the malignant narcissistic owner) I absolutely will.

I use to go to this company prior to all the best practitioners leaving and all I can say is these reviews on here are for a reason! I went for a sitting to get my lips done by a Doctor I had been referred to go too and I was initially hesitant due to the fact all the decent practitioners had left.. all I can say is trust your gut and read these reviews on here before your even locked in with that £50 deposit.

When I got there little discussion on my desired look on lips was made, he couldn't get the card machine out quick enough not to mention the fact he was an hour late seeing me, he injected a filler which wasn't meant for the lips, my swelling was extreme and instant like nothing I had ever experienced before, instantly I knew something was wrong... It look over 3 weeks for the swelling to even subside and I had bruising everywhere, my lips were hard uncomfortable and most of all PAINFUL.. he reassured me at the time this was the 'softest' most 'natural' filler he had ever worked with I initially felt weird about the fact he was injecting a new unbeknown filler but I thought I could trust him.. little did I know the aftercare I was about to receive.

I voiced my concerns pretty much straight away as ladies and gentlemen were all very aware we know OUR OWN BODIES and when something doesn't feel right. They tried to say to me I had to wait a month for swelling to subside and trauma ect and basically dismissed me in I want to say a nice way but infact they are extremely abrupt and passive aggressive over email (i've heard stories its Ffyona the key board warrior behind them all) and the reason I now can be convinced of this is because I was emailing my concerns late at night at one point as I was up in pain and my mum told me you need to message them now.. THEY REPLIED AT 12 AM, 1 AM AND EVEN 2 AM. What large organisation what is based in the uk even though they have clinics worldwide (I have no idea how??) is responding to patients at this time. The whole thing was suspect to me...

Further to me voicing my concerns they said email back in a month after treatment however I couldn't wait that long as it was effecting my appearance and line of work... I eventually got an appointment for what I feel like a begged review on my part, and I went to see the guy who over filled my lips and by this point THE MIGRATION AND UNEVEN LUMPS HAD STARTED TO APPEAR.. I got into the room and he literally argued against me lol.. how can someone argue against the own changes in YOUR FACE... they was a clear white boarder on the top of my lip and an awful shadow and the centre of my lip was disformed. I got absolutely nowhere he massaged them and said come back in another 4 weeks, I felt asif I was been dismissed and he didn't care, I literally broke down in the chair and its like he was too scared to agree or disagree with me.. Im telling you now the owner has all her employees manipulated or brainwashed because I could tell he knew they had migrated but it's like he didn't want to agree of disagree. I wasted a 2 hour drive for nothing to be sent home, I literally hadn't ever felt this way before and I hear horror stories of organisations and I couldn't comprehend I was an actual victim of this kind of treatment and a 'bodged lip job'.

At the end of the review I said to the Dr I have read the awful reviews online and i'm scared i'm now a victim of mistreatment .. HE said don't believe everything you see online and blamed it on 'fis' (ffoyans nickname i'm guessing) ex-husband... I WAS bewildered at this point thinking wow has she really got you a whole script of cover stories to cover up her fraudster company.

I came out feeling extremely deflated and very upset I thought he was going to offer to rectify the clear over filled job he had done but instead I got dismissed.

I followed up my appointment with an email and listen to this this is where it gets funny.... they asked for pictures of my lips so I sent them and they sent back a very clearly EDITED PICTURE HE TOOK IN MY REVIEW and tried to insinuate I HAD MANIPULATED MY OWN PICTURES... LIKE?? is that some sort of joke they have going on... because if you guys google the owner she edits every single picture of her face and it's an extremely embarrassing and FABRICATED SELF IMAGE OF HERSELF so she is clearly a little dandy on photoshop... by this point I KNEW I WAS PART OF THE SCAM... THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME ON EMAIL, ACCLAIMED THAT MY FOLLOW UP IMAGES 'DIDN'T LOAD' IN THE CONTENT AND I'M LEFT WITH MIGRATED PAINFUL LIPS.

I'M 400 DOWN NOW HAVING TO PAY TO GET DISSOLVED ELSEWHERE AND ALSO INSECURE AND TRAUMATISED WITH THE DISGUSTING AFTERCARE

They shouldn’t be trusted to be able to have a practice. They over injected me with the poison enzyme hyalase. Now I’m having to deal with the consequences of their actions. My body physically has changed and I have ongoing sight issues. DO NOT GO HERE. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. They refuse to take responsibility and won’t release my health records to me unless I send them copies of all my IDs?! They won’t tel me what brand of hylase they used or how much. All they said was ‘we used one vial, all the issues are unrelated to us’. Unbelievable. You’re supposed to inject SMALL AMOUNTS of hylase per session. Yet they injected a whole vial into me within ONE SESSION. And charged me almost £300. DO NOT GO HERE

There seems to be a lot of jealous, bitter people leaving fake reviews on here…don’t believe them.

I read these reviews yesterday, the day before my appointment with The Consultant Clinic for lip fillers & it almost put me off going but I read between the lies & went anyway!

I am over the moon with my lips already. Dr Jas was so lovely, very professional & put me at ease with her lovely, caring manner. My lips looks just like my own but better, very natural & subtle. LOVE THEM!!

Please don’t believe these bad reviews, they’re mostly from sour non medics that get are bitter about being called out on social media!

Terrible experience getting filler for first (and last!) time for marionette lines. Developed mio-modulation which is where the area dimples. Absolutely no mention of this being a risk when discussed treatment beforehand and, when i went back to complain, company accepted zero liability and placed full blame on the 'consultant' who by that point had conveniently left.

Apologies for the long review. I've followed Consultant Clinic for years and decided to book a consultation. While en route to the appointment I read some reviews and with hindsight I should have listened. I had never read reviews prior to this because I've followed them for years so believed the advertising. The reason I looked was my husband asked me how I knew they would do a good job, so I decided to look, got to laugh at that now. I decided as I've followed them for years to ignore the reviews as I believed they were mainly disgruntled beauticians leaving bad reviews against them due to an incident earlier in the year. The Consultant Clinic helped with that issue and the unregulated side of the industry felt they were unfairly portrayed. Yes, a lot of reviews are from people reviewing them poorly just to tarnish for helping but lots of other reviews from people like myself so maybe read them.

I was hoping the Doctor would advise me what I would be suitable for and look at my right top lip as it's slightly bigger. I assumed as it was slight, and they're apparently the best they would be able to make it look even. I should explain I had 1ml of filler in my lips over 4 years ago. Nobody looking at me would know I had filler that's how small my lips are. Anyhow it was advised to start afresh and have them dissolved. It was also explained that I could go elsewhere to dissolve no pressure from the Doctor. I decided to take the Doctors advice as I wanted them to refill them so paid £295.00 to have the tiny amount I had left dissolved there and then rather than pay 70% less anywhere else, my decision.

The Doctor injected 3 times around each quarter of my lip and 1 in my bottom lip as she advised it had a little bump inside to make sure it went. She advised me she hadn't put much in as I may be happy with them afterwards. She advised I could rebook to have them refilled online but had to wait 5 days in between appointments. No complaints with how the Doctor was at the consultation. I have no intention of naming the Doctor on here either as she was very nice.

The main reason I visited was the slight size difference and I still have that issue. Is it not likely that would be the case when the same number of injections were given? Would that not mean they would shrink at a similar amount therefore leaving me with the same issue? Of course, am sure they would say how would I know what was administered am not a medical professional and I don't understand how it works etc. Clearly, I am lying about what was said to me re small amount given etc.

I contacted the next day as it was noticeable straight away that it was dissolving and that I was going to have the same issue, but I was advised to wait 5 days. Contacted on day 5 to be told by the helpdesk I could rebook another appointment at another cost of £295.00. So, £590.00 to dissolve tiny lips, god help anyone with more than 1ml of filler. Again, they would preach quality of the filler and the injector used. My injector was a medical professional I don't use any other type of injector for my face for my Botox or Profhilo. I am astounded that a Company that portrays themselves as the best have been unable to dissolve something so small unless I pay more.

I emailed the helpdesk again advising what had been said to me at the consult small amount used etc only to be ignored. Left it 5 more days and forwarded the email again in case they had decided to speak with the Doctor, check my notes, look at the pics to see the size of my lips and maybe wonder why they hadn't dissolved evenly and recognise maybe just maybe more should have been injected in my top right lip than the rest of my lip as that was the pat that was slightly bigger. At this point I also criticised the social media as false and the helpdesk as not being a helpdesk at all, not surprisingly I've had no response, but I wasn't expecting to get one anyway just as the 2nd email hadn't had a response.

I remember a post the owner put on a while ago saying about how when a Company disappoints you it lets you down and nothing worse than being disappointed when you pay for a service. Well, that's exactly what your clinic is doing to hard working people who come to you under the false pretense that they are dealing with medical professionals that they can trust and who should at least acknowledge the customers if they have a query.

I know lots of people have had good experiences but please read the reviews and decide don't just read the Feefo ones as the likes of myself can't even leave a review on that site so no wonder all reviews are 5 star rated.

You live and learn, my lips are fine not the end of the world just don't expect that type of service from this type of Company.

Would give it negative stars if I could tbh..... Absolute garbage clinic with the rudest staff I've ever encountered. This clinic is a fraud, there are many red flags from the second you go into booking to them doing everything to avoid negative reviews to their trashy customer service. This is not to mention their insane prices for the most mediocre service. You need to spend thousands to notice something when there are places much better than this you can go to to get much better results. They act like you don't have any other options than them lol..... The owner is a legit bully and she attacks anyone who disagrees with her. If you do enough research, you'll see she and her staff literally drove another medical professional to suicide because of a mistake she made. Overall my experience was terrible and I would not return ever. Save yourself some money and do not believe the before and after pics they post on Instagram. They Photoshop all the pictures and in reality, the outcome is VERY disappointing for the money you spend. There are MUCH better clinics you can go to. The doctor I had was honestly the most incompetent idiot in the world, he was unsure about everything and didn't seem to understand face anatomy...... This place is a fraud.
