As everyone else has said. Money stolen, no lenses received and no response to emails.
DO NOT order from them

I would give no stars. Six Emails later and no reply. Have now contacted Pay Pal for refund. Do NOT order from this company

Stay well clear - even if you have used them before.
I placed an order on the 10th, and paid for 2 day delivery because -silly me - I need my contact lenses to see things.
As of the 24th I have nothing (except for FIVE unanswered emails).
They did actually fulfil an order of mine about six months ago, but judging from the recent deluge of reports of stolen money and unanswered customer service inquiries, they have probably changed staff and are no longer bothering with the pesky business of providing goods/services in exchange for the money we send them.
Avoid.

Reported this to police action fraud, would advise others to do the same

Same experience as everyone else on here, I didn't read the reviews.
Still no lenses delivered after 3 weeks, not replying to emails, what a joke!

Update, I paid by Debit card and reported to my bank, I have just received a refund, so relieved.

I am furious with myself for not checking this company out!! Desperately needed my lenses and ordered in haste, like everyone no response to emails, no telephone number, no lenses and no refund!! How are worldpay and Klarna supporting their payments???

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!

I've placed an order on 8 June and it never came. I tried emailing them, but no one came back to me.

Hopefully I can get the refund at least.

Unfortunately can't give a 0 stars. Just want to reiterate what everyone else has said - can't add anything else!!

Just want to know how to claim my money back via my bank and report the company to trading standards.

I have reported to Barclays Fraud who are going to take this further as there have been so many SCAMS. Astounded that World Pay are letting this go on .

The worst company ever do not order!!! Ordered contact lens solution 2 weeks ago and still not been delivered, no tracking information and no replies from my emails to their customer services! SCAMMERS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ORDERED LENSES THEY TOOK PAYMENT A MONTH AGO THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THEM AND DO NOT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS

Rubbish experience - first and last time I will use them. Placed an order last Tuesday 14/6/22 and no updates no nothing. Their order status says order placed with no updates they haven’t even had the courtesy to contact I’ve had to get in touch with them. First and last time I’ll use them and am hoping for a quick resolution and refund.

UPDATE: no response from these mugs but happily after raising a complaint with my bank they’ve put the money back into my account and also sent out a new debit card with a new number.

Please do not use this company. They are a scam website. I’m furious with myself for not checking TrustPilot first. Luckily once I had checked here I contacted HSBC who were amazing and refunded me my money immediately. Now I am even angrier that I had to give them 1 star to leave a review…

Placed an order on 7/06/2022. Still have not received the lenses. Emails to customer services are not answered. Tracking says that it’s been dispatched, but no order received. I have raised a dispute with Klarna.
This appears to be a scam!!

Never arrived, no response from customer service, no refund

Scam! Do not order. Stupidly I saw the price and thought I couldn’t go wrong. I normally always check company reviews if I haven’t used them before, annoyingly I didn’t this time! I hope these get shut down and soon….hardworking people losing money to these scammers!

Ordered 10 days ago. Got confirmation email immediately, nothing since so slightly suspicious. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Tried the telephone number on the email confirmation, but went straight to some sort of answering service that transfers you to a message box. But the message box is full. No surprise there! No address or any other details on their website. Can't find their company registered anywhere since it was apparently dissolved in 2020 ( if this is the same Contact Lenses Direct)
This company has obviously folded or never existed. REPORTED to Action Fraud in hope that they are investigated. I urge every one else to do the same.

Don't buy any contact lenses from this scam website. I have ordered my contact lenses three weeks ago with express delivery and I didn't receive them. Contacted the customer service via email no response and no number to call ! Don't waste your money.
