I have been with contacts cart before and recently I went into my account to check prices and during that they opened my account back to active and charged me when not asking. I have been trying to get a refund back for over a month and had no luck. Today though I spoke to a lady named Venus and she took the time and made it happen. She is a great employee to your company and deserves acknowledge!!

I've seen a ton of bad reviews for this company, so I thought I'd provide my positive experience. I've been using Contacts Cart since 2019 and have paid over $800 for contacts from them, so that's quite a bit!
In my experience, they've always delivered my prescription correctly, and when I decided to cancel today, it took about two minutes – I don't know if this is a new thing or not, but canceling, for me, was a complete breeze! I used their live chat feature and had my subscription canceled super quickly. (I was not given any incentive for this review, by the way.) Hope this helps someone!

DO NOT shop here. They will not send you the products or issue you a refund. I placed an order for contact lenses on April 10. The order was never shipped out. Every time I reach out to check my order status, I was promised that the order was in "fulfillment center" and would be shipped out within 24 or 48 hours. And it never happened. After weeks of waiting and multiple attempts to follow up, I had to cancel the order and request for a refund, only to be told that the cancelation request need to go through "fulfillment center" as well. The representative promised me that my refund would be processed within 48 hours. The deadline has since passed and again, nothing happened. When, if ever, will I get my money back?

This company is a SCAM ripoff!! Even if you choose no subscription, they will steal money from you. The website does not function and NO ONE EVER answers the phone. I had to cancel my CC and report this company to the BBB. Hopefully they will get put out of business.

They Are FRAUDS, SCAMMERS and THIEFS, do not do business with them. They have refused to refund me my money even after I returned a product I didn't even want to begin with. The reps are stupid and can barley speak English, all they do is make excuses while pretending to care/help you. This company should be brought down and many law suits are in the making for sure. Find business else where if you value your time and money.

Zero Star. They did not say when you make a purchase it’s a subscription. And when I suspected if was a subscription because it tried to charge me but transaction was declined, I checked the website and it said it couldn’t find my email, and I thought oh no subscription. Then, finally they charged me this month randomly and try to send me lens when my prescription was already expired. Illegal. Btw, they are the same company as Hubble Contact lens.

It’s funny about your reply. I am not the only one who “missed” your “stated” subscription part. You can easily fix your website information to make it obvious for customer that it is a subscription. Instead you decide to keep it the same way to keep scamming people. How would you explain the part where I tried to find my account on your website and the website said “No Account with that email”.

I was mislead into the subscription. The representative during the first even call never explained that i was going to be charged $207 dollar for 90 day supply which i usually get for less than $150 by shopping smart. After i got the contacts under the subscription i contacted the customer care and scheduled the return. The contacts were returned but i was denied the refund by saying the boxes were open which i never opened. The boxes could have been damaged during transporting by USPS but they denied to give my money back. Very dishonest and subscription is expensive so not sure who even buy the subscription from them when you can get cheaper contacts else where. Will never buy again and tell others to avoid as well. Seems like this is their game plan of ripping customers and making money because the subscription model is not working

First off make sure you are aware this is AN AUTOMIC SUBSCRIPTION! If you aren't aware they will send you contacts and then if you need to return because you don't need them it takes AT LEAST 4 weeks to get any money back. The return process has been very misleading. Very disappointed in the customer service.😞

My order never came!!!! If you're looking for buy contact lense from them. Please don't!!! Find other places that reliable. I purchased it a month ago already, contacted them 3 times. And nothing happened. No shipping, no refund.

Contacted them since after a week I made the purchase. It's now been a month now. I have contacted them for four times but every time I was told "it's ready to be shipped". The truth is, THEY NEVER SHIP! The told me the label was created but NO SHIPPING EMAIL RECEIVED. It's been A MONTH!

Ive never had a problem with customer service when I had any questions. Never had any problems with receiving contacts or getting prescription information. Whenever I had any problem such as one time delivered to the wrong address and they were going to send me another set, they were located at my neighbors. So I give ContactsCart a 10+ if i could. Customer service has always been helpful. In fact I always have multiple representative helping solve any problems.

I would give 0 if it allowed me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was charged for 115.98 without the product in hand which I did not reorder. Then I emailed them about the charge without product. They said they would issue a refund that I asked for. Instead, they sent the contacts. They will tell you it is a subscription. However, I know when I paid the first time last year I checked to make sure they do not send them monthly, etc. I asked for a refund and the customer service to which there are many who respond to these emails said I would receive a refund upon receipt once they received it. This was February 5th via a chat with Christian. It was received on February 10th. I was told by another customer service person it would take a few weeks to inspect. It was never opened and should not take a few weeks. When a customer is told once it is verified that the product was returned and a refund will be issued once returned, you issue a refund. They verified it was returned. I am still waiting on a refund. Can someone rectify this situation? Thanks Kellie

These people are dishonest scammers. They force you into a subscription that you CAN NOT opt out of signing up for. Once an item arrives that you don't want, they say you can cancel the subscription and return it for a full refund. After they receive it they open the package, take a photo of it, and send you that photo claiming you opened it so they can no longer refund you the amount.
In my case I returned my contacts in the exact same box they delivered them in, did not touch it, simply put my return label on top and then sent it back. They still went through with opening the package themselves to claim that I did it so they wouldn't have to refund me. This company is breaking laws and should not be allowed to operate. AGAIN - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

I don't know where to start about this company. I had ordered contacts last week Thursday and had to wait for them to verify my prescription which they did on Thursday January 27th 2022. I have received 2 emails one on January 27th and one on January 28th. I have been contacting customer support every day for 4 days now and they are all telling me the same thing. It shouldn't take long for them to Ship my contacts. I don't understand how they say it will take 5 to 10 days to get my order shipped and delivered to me. I have used other company's and they would have sent me an email saying my order has been shipped and I would already have tracking information foe when I would get my contacts.
There customer service sucks so bad they all tell me the same thing 3 days ago. Wish they could understand that when people order contacts from this company that they would be on top of there game.
Granted this company had the best prices for my contacts but can't get the orders shipped out on time and saying I would get them ASAP and that I should get an email soon with tracking information which I haven't even received yet and it is day 4.
This company is horrible and I would never order from them again. I would rather pay a little more for my contacts and get them when I should. I won't recommend this company to any one.

I never signed up for a subscription and they said they shipped to my home address which I never received. Have asked for a supervisor to call me three times now and have never received a call back. I never signed for a delivery. They have charged my card twice now!

I ordered a trial pair of contacts but they were uncomfortable. I thought I canceled but months later ( 4 months later) I got charged for 90 day supply! I called right as they opened- customer service was fantastic. I think because it hadn’t shipped yet, the agent was able to reach out to the warehouse and got my order cancelled and refunded. She also cancelled my membership so I won’t be charged anymore.
I had good customer service calling first thing in the morning… good luck yall

The sent me the wrong contacts for my left eye and sent me the right ones, for my right eye. They customer service is horrible. It takes more than 5 days to even verify a prescription. Can’t cancel online anymore, now you have to call which is an inconvenience as long as you get ahold of a customer representative. The website SUCKS! I have to delete my history in order to go to the next page, each time. Get it together.
