I reached out because I have been wearing glasses more often and had a surplus of contacts so I was going to cancel my subscription. Lyra from customer service was super understanding and helpful and offered to pause my shipments several months out and even offered me a discount on my next shipment. I will never use another contact subscription service y'all are the best. Thanks again Lyra!

I had the displeasure of speaking with Cathy, who told me they can only order one box at tue discount and that ill have to order more, after, and pay for shipping AGAIN! 1-800 CONTACTS doesn’t make you go through all this so clearly contacts cart company policies are just a scam instead of a legal necessity as mentioned by “Cathy”

I never receive an email notification when an order is about to be shipped. I used to get notices a few days prior to shipment, which was very helpful because it gave me time to adjust the ship date if I didn't need another box of contacts yet. I would really appreciate those email notifications to return.

I appreciate the discounts on contact carts, it’s easy to pause or restart subscriptions for contact lenses. I would highly recommend using them for prescription contacts.

4 boxes were ordered 2 for myself and 2 for my husband. We received 2 boxes in total. I am still in need of my other eye and they are saying my prescription is expired. Makes absolutely no sense.

Hmm, i like their prices and the product is good. but their customer service is terrible. they don't send out reminders about when your next order will be filled. I needed to change mine, but was waiting until my next order to get my eyes checked - to get a revised script. they just shipped/billed me another 90 day supply!!
When i finally got that settled (after many emails and chats), I sent them my new script. they got that wrong. they did refund me the $$ and sent the right ones. But I was out of contacts for two weeks while I had to fix this. Not good.

i’ve been trying to pause my subscription for months because i have too many too keep up. but none of the emails provided are working. advertising as easy to pause or cancel anytime and not accommodating to my situation. wouldn’t recommend

Its been 3 weeks and no contacts. When I reach out for status they only say that their fulfillment center has the order. They can only reach the fulfillment center via email/messaging so you will not get an immediate response.

My order was canceled for some reason. Says mo ey was refunded to my card but haven't seen it yet show up in my account. I ordered Dec. 18, 2025 and today got an email that it was canceled for whatever reason. Really appreciate it! That's great business. Don't waste ur time or money. I wish I would've read the reviews first.
