Hands down the worst product provider ever. Their follow up and communication from their customer service department is absolutely awful. There are so many unnecessary and ridiculous issues that happen on their part, i have been waiting for my contacts for over a month now. They don’t notify you of any issues until you call them and finally realize that there’s a problem. i will definitely not be utilizing their services in the future, not worth it

Like many other customers have pointed out, this business uses predatory tactics to trick people into continuing their subscription after the initial discount. NO email confirming address, prescription, or cost after not ordering for a year is unacceptable.
It is highly unethical to take $200 out of someone's account without a express notice especially when the price increase is steep and over a year has passed since the transaction was pre-approved. You must get a hold of someone to cancel which is unacceptable and speaks to their predatory business model. This business would greatly benefit from transparency and honesty with their customers and updated business practices. (Customer service is friendly but they are paid to uphold these predatory practices.)
A note for contacts cart:
Because I was unaware of my subscription and the company did nothing to confirm my address I do not have access to the contacts at my old address therefore it is impossible for me to get a refund. My prescription is also expired and should not have been used to fill a contact order in the first place.

Auto signed me up for a subscription service I didn’t want then proceeded to charge my card for more money then the contacts were the first time AND sent them to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service they were not understanding at all, very curt and unhelpful. I was out over $100 and didn’t even get the contacts cause they shipped it wrong.

Ordered contacts from them once and they automatically signed me up for their subscription. It feels very scammy. I go to their website and my email(the one they’ve been using) doesn’t work to login so I have to wait for customer support chat to respond and try and convince me not to cancel before they finally cancel it. Your site needs to be more clear that you’re signing up for a subscription and let people opt out. Also fix your login page, I’ve read other reviews of people’s emails not working, it feels like you keep it that way on purpose.

I ordered contacts. They shipped me 1 box(I ordered 2. 1 for each eye). I called. They said they would ship me the right order. Once again. I got ONE BOX the same one as before. So now I have 2 boxes of contacts for the same eye... called and emailed. They now canceled my account. Say I don't have a script AND I DO. and no one is getting ahold of me to fix this. Been without contacts for over a month. Waiting. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered contacts on July 15. They said they shipped them. I never received them. I have been writing to them for 2 solid weeks with the same bs that the contacts shipped. Now no one gets back to me. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I submitted a valid contact lens prescription, and they waited until 6:00 p.m. that day to email me and for me that they would not honor it, AFTER I paid for them. They claim that because it takes them numerous days to contact my optometrist that the prescription won't be valid by the time they get around to doing their job. Not my problem or my fault!!!

HORRIBLE. HATE THESE GUYS! This company is both extremely predatory in their sales practices and unsafe medically. they get you in with a low cost first order and then continue to send you future orders automatically but make it impossible to get back to your account to cancel. they actually told me there was no email for my account but that is where they are still sending messages to - it's a total scam to squeeze extra $. and they send contacts without new prescriptions which is unsafe. I had to go to their main site, dig around, and get into a chat with them and even then they tried three times to just suspend my account and not cancel it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Contacts Cart literally sent me emails soliciting me to buy the acuvue Oasis for astigmatism contacts several times, and then I finally ordered Just a couple of days before my prescription expired due to insurance change up. I was hoping to get one box to get me through until my insurance kicked in, but I was left hanging when, after 2 weeks waiting on my contacts, got an email saying that they didn't have my contacts available after all. This was after several phone calls to check on the prescription, to check on the availability, and after being told that they had shipped my contacts. Horrible.

Firstly, I use the one-a-days, and between the great quality I've received thus far and the lowest prices I've yet to find another company match... they have been amazing. Still, I'm writing in response to their incredible integrity, as they are consistent in sending you reminders about the next shipment, and have easy tools to quickly delay or skip your next order. Even more, when the order goes through, the shipment is always so fast. 10/10 recommend.

I was able to find my brand and purchase them at a better price than my optometrist office. The only wait was while my prescription was verified (very understandable). They arrived three days after this. I am very pleased and will be recommending them to my friends.

Absolute TRASH company. I had 2 straight orders in which 50% of the contacts were dry and I had to throw them away. I called to cancel my subscription and they said okay we’ll cancel it and send an email. I never got an email so I called back and said oh actually it shipped and you were charged. Scum bags. Don’t even consider this TRASH company.

I would give no stars if I could, by far the worst company I have ever ordered from. Ordered my contacts over two weeks ago and still no response as to when they will ship.
They keep saying "Will ship tomorrow maybe" & "We don't really know when our third party will ship"

I haven't had any issues with this company however I needed to cancel my subscription and you're not able to just click a button. You have to actually call customer service. The lady I spoke to on the phone had an accent and was speaking fast and it was kind of hard to understand her. She was also speaking quietly and sounded like she was far away from the speaker. She also gave me a spiel on not cancelling my subscription but pausing it. So the process to cancel shouldn't take this long.
