Numerous times, I have had to pause my subscription or fast forward it, this time they had decided to charge me before I was able to pause my subscription. I emailed them the same day that I got charged and they emailed me stating that they could not do anything about it. Within A MINUTE, I get an email from the shipping department that my order has been shipped.
I sent them numerous emails requesting a cancellation in my account AND a refund, after some wordy emails, I recieved a shipping label for ONE box of contacts. I WAS FORCED TO PURCHASE TWO BOXES, AND SOMEHOW I HAVE A SHIPPING LABEL FOR ONLY ONE BOX.
I am still dealing with them and I supposedly cancelled my subscription. Please do not purchase from ContactsCart no matter what. Please protect yourself from this company.

First order took almost a month after they claimed to be reaching out to my eye Dr (they weren't, she's my friend, her office had zero communication from this company), this was after I had uploaded the actual Rx manually twice. Then 10+ days to process.
I reached out to cancel the subscription after receiving the order. And received confirmation.
Here we are 90 days later and they are attempting to charge me a much higher price for a subscription order and every email and call either ends with "unable to find your account" or only offers to "pause" my account and give a $10 off coupon. I spent 3 hours of the last 2 days attempting to cancel and was about to just cancel my debit card and order a new one so they couldn't access my fund when they claimed to cancel the acct again. Customer service is 100% all overseas and so difficult to communicate with.
I then took my Rx to 1800 contacts, they confirmed my Rx with my dr in literal HOURS, shipped within 24 and I had contacts in hand within 48 hours. Can't recommend 1800 Contacts enough! Steer clear of Contacts Cart!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM CONTACTSCART!!! I placed an order for contact lenses from them in November of last year and did not authorize any subscription. In February of this year, I received contact lenses at my home without any prior email notification and was charged double the amount of my initial order. I've attempted to reach out to them, but no one answers the phone or responds to the chat on their website. Their customer service has been terrible—I can't get in touch with anyone or return the product. As a result, I decided to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I am genuinely shocked at the negative reviews for this place . . . I have been using Contacts Cart 🛒 for YEARS before previously being a customer of other (better known) places and this place is my favorite AND - I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with their customer service who have always gone above and beyond ⭐️
It's easy to order. I actually love the subscription part of it because it doesn't run out. I have astigmatism in both eyes and they are the ONLY ONES that can ship my contacts out quickly without having to wait for custom orders for 4+ weeks 🤯
And - most recently - the post office severely messed up my delivery. The contacts never arrived. I contacted Contacts Cart and within 24 hours they had shipped out replacement contacts to me at no extra charge. I was thoroughly impressed and will continue to use them.

I have been using ContactsCart for over two years now and it has been a very good experience for me. I usually need new contacts before my next subscription is ready and I love how I can just select ‘Order Now’ and they are usually shipped that day. The one time I needed to contact customer service because I forgot to update my address they resolved my issue within 24 hours.

This is an awful company. Who against your will sets up subscriptions even when u clearly tell them not too. Dont even bother calling or emailing these scammers. I actually called my bank and shut them off from my cards, joke of a company. Shame on them. As a clerk at a eye doctor. I always tell every customer stay far far away from this company.

Subscription Scam!
I have been a loyal customer of Contacts Cart for years. I enjoyed that they sent me emails prior to my contacts being sent out so I could ensure that I needed them or moved money over to pay for them. However, they shipped the contacts out and charged my card without informing me prior. It's incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription because they make you jump through hoops to do so. Will never be buying contacts through them again and I suggest you be wary if you decide to use them. Horrible customer service as well.

Ok so I didn’t read the subscription on the homepage, however they should state that when you go through the cart process and tell you that you are signing up for a sub and the next order will deliver in … days. After the subscription order coming through the mail with no email notification this was the only was I knew I was signed up. Can I cancel online and login ..? No as not given or chosen a password. My email is not recognized. Spoke to someone to cancel, easy enough to do. Removing my data… very difficult. Their website link under privacy policy you are unable to use it to delete your data. Emailing the department to get it done- 5 emails in and still trying. Would I purchase from again- no. I don’t like companies that hide subscriptions, lack of communication, bad website and people that can’t understand your request.
