Customer service the worst!

Customer service the worst!! I received 1 green 1 brown contact lens. Notified customer service of the mistake and after numerous attempts to return or exchange for correction nothing was done. The wanted me to renew subscription first. Lesson learned don’t order from this site Hubble or contactcart!!

If I could leave l less stars I would

If I could leave l less stars I would. An absolute scam and I will be calling the better business bureau about this company. I had the exact same experience as the person below me. I ordered through Hubble, contactscart charged me $132 dollars months later No email or receipt. They claimed they couldn’t send a return label until it was received. I am definitely going to see that something is done so that this doesn’t happen to more people. Absolutely horrible business practice, customer service, and folks - I can barely wear the contacts for more than four hours. Don’t get scammed!

To better serve our customers and expedite returns and refunds, we have introduced a new system. As per our previous procedure, we could not issue refunds to customers until we had checked and received the returned item. Today, we can email you a return label so you may ship your package back after you've received it. When the return is scanned by our third-party courier, our new system will automatically issue a refund to you.

Do not recommend

I purchased 6 months worth of contacts from them once and 6 months later was automatically charged $130 for another set of contacts without any notice at all, no email or anything. I tried to login to their website to see if I had unknowingly signed up for a subscription but I don't even have an account on their website! I called the number on the site and was told that I would be sent a return shipping label but I never received one. Very unhappy with my experience with ContactsCart.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They sent out an order I never asked for plus my prescription was already expired in April and they sent it out at the end of June. After I contacted them they said they will provide a return label so I get my refund. After I send them back the same box they sent they said that the boxes were "opened" and wouldn't refund me. I literally put the return label on the box that they sent me, I did not open any of the contact lens boxes that they sent. I was shocked to read that "contact lens boxes were open". Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Take your business elsewhere!

I ordered Contacts. Never received any email confirmation about the sale. I've waited now one week fo them to be shipped. I received an email saying my "subscription" was canceled. I logged into my account today for the first time since ive bought them and my order history was blank! My bank does have a record of the payment being processed. I either want my contacts or a refund. After reading the reviews, I feel like I've been scammed!

I was charged for a "subscription"

I was charged for a "subscription" I never authorized. And they charged it under the name Hubble. Talking with customer service is a joke. They supposedly canceled this "subscription" but am fighting with them to cancel the "shipment" of contacts they fraudulently sent out.

Scam!!

Canceled my subscription twice but they are still attempting to charge a card that I canceled months ago that was reported for fraud! They are also using a prescription that expired 6 months ago!! Definitely a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If I could give this company a zero I would. Worst possible service. The order was held up for over a month and then wrong. I question the source of the contacts as did my doctor. The contact lenses irritated my eye and I could not see clearly with them. When I asked them to resolve the issue they gave me the runaround, handing me off to different customer service people and asking for documentation repeatedly. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. And I had to source the contacts elsewhere.

Their reply below does not even address the issue, and the issue only began with me waiting for the shipment. The reply was probably written by a bot. Again horrible.

Worst company!

Worst company!! Do not order from them, customer service on Chat and 1888 don't know what they're doing; they screw up my orders 3 times!!!!! even the incompetents that pick the order got the wrong one!! getting a label to return is impossible and good luck getting a refund. Customer service are some random people in another country. STAY AWAY from this company.

The point is that from Customer service: Chat, Phone are incompetents.
Also the warehouse pick the wrong prescription!
and nobody takes responsibility, your customer service LACK of Professionalism they don't answer the properly because is answer in another country!! THEY DONT HAVE SUPERVISORS!!! never heard of a company not having them ( Or at least someone pretending to be one)!

This company is an absolute SCAM. They will NOT allow you to cancel your subscription no matter what and that's *IF* you can get them on the phone. Just look at the hundreds of negative reviews and experiences you can find online, it's NOT normal.

Absolutely horrible! Fraud!!! DO NOT USE!

Absolutely horrible! FRAUD!!!! They attempted to send me an order on an expired prescription....some how got my debit card information, but my card that was provided to them a year and a half ago was cancelled due to fraud, 6 months ago. They need to be sued.

In response to their reply, no, they didn’t get an updated rx bc I called and asked! And, believe me, banks don’t do this! When I asked the customer service rep, she was insistent that my old card was still active!

Still stand firm!

We also use credit card updater services. All four major credit card companies—American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover—offer services to help retailers maintain their customers' credit card information up to date. For customers whose accounts have new credit card numbers or updated expiration dates, these services give retailers current information. Hence, we are able to process your order and ship out the package to the address we have on file.

Requires a phone call to cancel. Unacceptable.

Acquired me as a customer with a pretty aggressive first time purchase discount, can't cancel my order without calling a phone number. In 2022. They use Shopify as their backend, they absolutely could just let someone cancel through their account management.

The most they'll let you do without calling in (only during normal business hours. You know, that time of day where you're probably working your own job?) is skip an order. They're very transparently hoping on you to forget that you've got a subscription going through them so they can "retain" you as a subscriber. Looking through other reviews here, it looks like it's hell to get a refund after the fact, too. Never again.

BE WARNED

Truthfully, I rate no stars!
My eye doctor (new one) recommended this different contact lens for me, said it's made of a more comfortable material. I ordered the lenses and to my surprise, they're not quite right. I see doubles, can't see clearly (near or far) so, I call Contact Cart to exchange them for my old brand and they can't because, unbeknownst to me, my new doctor prescribed these specific new lenses only. Fine, I'd like a refund then because my vision isn't right wearing these. Contact Cart rep tells me that, because I opened the box (to which, I had to, to try them) I can't be refunded for having contacts that don't work for me. I also can't exchange them because the prescription is named specifically for this brand of lens. So now, they have my $112.99 and I have 2 boxes of contacts that I can't wear because I can't see properly in. What a way to rob people! I had been using 1800CONTACTS for as long as I can remember and the ONLY REASON I looked elsewhere for contacts was because I only had a small amount of funds left on my FSA and needed to get the lenses cheaper. 1800CONTACTS ALWAYS EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Y'all, don't waste your money here, if you have any concerns at all, YOU will be the one who is on the losing end of the stick!!! Thanks Contact Cart, for stealing $112.99 of my hard earned money!!

Clearly, I had to open the boxes to try the contacts. It's definitely not my fault if the new lenses don't work well in my eyes and I had no way of knowing this until trying a pair. Again, I will forever stick with 1800CONTACTS now because, they DO switch contacts that are unable to be use for whatever reason. THEY understand fair consumer business practices and don't ever keep customers' money for a product (like contacts (medical)... not food or clothing) that can sometimes be a hit or miss. I should have investigated the reviews first because, they ALL seem to fall along the same lines of problems with this business. One can only hope the next unsuspecting customer doesn't fall victim to these very unfortunate set of circumstances. I'm a single parent, doing my best to male ends meet in this current economy and you keep my money for something I have no way of knowing will or will not work in my eyes. And now I'm out my hard earned money AND contacts to see with. Thanks a lot!! No need for a reply, y'all only care about taking people's money. 1800CONTACTS ARE AMAZING TO PURCHASE CONTACTS FROM! THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU AND ALLOW YOU TO REPLACE/EXCHANGE ANYTHING, REGARDLESS!!

Also, we can only fill out your prescription with what your eye care specialist has prescribed. It was a brand-specific prescription for your eyes.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the return label to send the contacts back because they were not the correct powers mistake was on the companies end. They asked me if I wanted them to fix it and send me new ones I said no I just want a refund. They sent me more contacts anyway and again they were the incorrect powers. The customer service rep emailed me and told me They sent me new contacts and they didn’t have to do that since it was my mistake but that is not true. Once you return your contacts it takes another 2 to 3 weeks for them to look at the box to make sure it’s not tampered with. I just want a refund so I can go elsewhere to get my contacts. I have emailed and called more representatives than I can count and none of them have been able to help me they just keep telling me wait two or three weeks.

Do Not Use this Company

I want to start this by saying that I don't normally leave reviews, especially negative ones. I work in customer service and I know how thankless the job can be and how often you get blamed for things that are not your fault. That said, I have also never had such a frustrating experience with a company.

First, they processed a subscription order and charged me over $300 with absolutely no warning. I saw it on my bank statement and immediately contacted them to ask for this order to be canceled. I was told a cancelation request would be put through but if it couldn't be canceled I could return the product. Fine, I recognize it was on me to cancel the subscription before this point but I was expecting literally any communication before charging my card.

The order was not canceled and instead shipped to me. I spoke to an agent over their chat feature who issued me a return label and I sent the product back right away. This agent informed me that once they had received the return it may take "up to 3 weeks" to process a refund.

It has now been a month since USPS confirmed the return was delivered and I have had to speak to 4 separate agents over the last week to get my refund processed. Three of those agents promised to look into the problem and call or email me "within the day" but never got back to me. Only after calling AGAIN today and requesting to speak with a supervisor was my refund mysteriously processed.

All of the agents were courteous and apologetic but I can only come to the conclusion that this company is an absolute mess. There is no follow-through or accountability and it's clear based on other reviews here that these problems exist across the board.

I had ordered contacts and I was told I…

I had ordered contacts and I was told I could not get them because they were a different brand then what was on my Dr. prescription so I asked to cancel my order and and to not ship out the order. I was then charged for the contacts and they had shipped them anyways. I had an old address on my file so they sent them to that address I had tried contacting the recent resident but did not get in contact with them. I then contacted the office and they had not received any packages from USPS or from the current resident. contacts cart will not give me a refund unless I send back the contacts but cannot send them back because I had canceled my order then found out that it was sent to my old address. they said they would send me more contacts free of charge to the right address so I said I want the Air Optix sterling silver because that's what I ordered last time but once again they said they will only send me the Acuvue Vita, they then wanted me to confirm the order before shipping them to me because they would not send me the Air Optix I told them to cancel and not to send then( therefore I had not confirmed the order.) I had then received and email that the order was shipped but NOT confirmed.

The WORST WORST WORST company ever!!

The WORST WORST WORST company ever!!! Sent out an order I never asked for or was warned about. Then took two months until they gave me a partial refund AND THEN said that one of the boxes was "opened" and wouldn't refund me the rest!! I literally put a return label on the box they sent me without opening it up. If it was opened then it was there warehouse fault. Just an awful experience all around. They are not worth the time or frustration to deal with.

Ok until you want to cancel....

While I was using the service it was fine, but when I tried to cancel it became very frustrating. They just kept replying to my emails asking why I wanted to cancel and suggesting that I pause my subscription instead of just doing what I asked. They finally did cancel it, my next step was to report them to the credit card company as fraud.
