Exceptional & patient support

The customer service advisor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly & helpful in assisting me in achieving the best possible canvas portrait, from an unusual photograph, which was difficult to reproduce.. My mother in law was absolutely thrilled to bits with her gift & the quality was top notch.

Labels printed off centre

Ordered fabric labels and over half are unusable as the print is off centre. Also not folded as shown in the images. Spoke with chatbot - response was they are manually made. I'm waiting for a response from their team which could apparently take up to 2 days. Not useful when you have products needing labels, and the contact forms on the website don't work.
UPDATE - the team at Contrado are working to send a new batch of labels asap. Will update again once the new order is received.

Contrado Is THE Place

Contrado has so many wonderful custom offerings: fabric, clothes, bags, etc. I'm here to rate their custom sewing labels.
They offer several types, shapes and colors of labels. They even provide the software needed to set up the prototype, allowing you to "see" what the label will look like, if your graphics will work, if the printed parts will fit, etc. You can even use color graphics. If you have problems with the setup, they have a very friendly team of experts who are happy to help. Once everything is good, you decide how many you want. Shipping is very fast. Their pricing is more than reasonable and they do very, very good work. They will save your file, if desired, for future orders. Contrado, you have never failed me, and once again, I thank you for making my labels look fabulous.

Excellent work and service

The product I ordered was fantastic. Colors, definition, fabric - all of it the best quality. I really appreciate the great attention and help I got from customer service rep Tejas while I worked through this process, and I am very pleased it was completed and shipped to me so quickly.

Shocking experience

Shocking experience. As a previous review we looked at Contrado as a new supplier for our business.

After receiving a sample order it was nowhere near what we expected. The Sleeves of the t shirt were up near the shoulders, far too small, if I had off sent this product to a customer it would have resulted in a refund and negative feedback. Al's a logo on the back was printed over the stitches on the neckline.

After contacting contrado for two days with my concerns regarding the product I received I was promised a reply by email to resolve the issue. I have yet to receive any reply whatsoever.

I won't be using this company based on my experience, seriously need to address customers queries are they won't be in business for long.

Really great experience, quality - happy customer

The Customer Service was excellent. I bought a bulk order of oversized hoodies - they are superb quality, the print of our design looks amazing, and the team were so helpful getting me a sample and getting the full order pushed through to meet our deadlines. Really top quality product, great service.

Good quality, needs improvement on customer service

I recently placed a large order of silk scarves with Contrado. A number of them had problems in their execution. I reached out to customer service and initially they were unresponsive. I persisted and managed to get in contact with the management and the scarves were reprinted to a quality I was happy with. I gave Contrado 3 stars for the delays and stress that was caused.

Sepia Tone Print

I’ve just received my order (3194752) and I’m extremely disappointed. The colours are nothing like what was shown online — instead of being bright and white, the print is dull and looks like it has a sepia tone filter over it. It’s completely different from what was advertised.

For the high price I paid, I expected much better quality. The final product looks cheap and poorly printed, and I honestly feel misled. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Paid for express delivery and got…

Paid for express delivery and got standard UPS. Now my package is already 3 days in the Netherlands and still not at my address and too late to be used in time and why I ordered it in the first place. Phonenumber of customer service that's listed on the website isn't working and the help chat also doesn't help or give clear answer. Very dissapointed by this delivery. After filing a complaint Contrado refunded my order due to what happened. Thankyou for this.

Excellent product and customer service

I cannot fault anything about the product or the service provided. I ordered a tie which I designed using the software, using some photos of mine, a very personalised affair. The design from the websites software was very good and I submitted it along with payment. I received an email the next morning with a suggested slight amendment to the design which I looked at. Having seen it, the design was even better and I gratefully accepted it. The tie arrived a couple of days later and to say I am delighted is a massive understatement. The quality is very good with the printing really clear, something I had been concerned over. However, the fact that I made my order on Tuesday evening and the end product was delivered on Friday morning left me speechless.
I cannot fault anything about the service or the product. This was a test run . The test was passed and I am now hatching plans for various other designs to add to my tie collection. Highly recommended.

Avoid.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so appalling I feel I need to warn others—especially disabled customers.

I purchased custom wallpaper from Contrado based on their own site’s preview image, which looked crisp and vibrant. What I received was dull, blurred, and completely unlike the sample. When I contacted customer service, I was essentially told the poor result was my fault due to the file I uploaded—despite the fact their system approved it and their site generated the preview that persuaded me to buy.

I explained that I used the online service because I'm disabled and rely on accessible, trustworthy design tools. Instead of offering real support or accountability, they continued to deflect blame and refused to authorise a return or a full refund, offering only a token partial refund or store credit. They completely ignored the fact that, under consumer law, goods must be as described.

Their attitude has been dismissive, patronising, and morally bankrupt. I've had better customer care from faceless mass retailers. When a company both fails to deliver what they promised and then refuses to take responsibility—particularly after a disabled customer has clearly explained their position—it tells you everything you need to know.

Avoid.
